ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a knowledge of Medi-Span's customer profiles - with a focus on commercial healthcare segments such as payers/PBMs, digital health technology (DHT) companies, and life sciences - as well as market ownership, competitive landscape, and market trends to evaluate opportunities for more wallet growth, increased market share, and expansion into logical adjacencies.
- Formulate the strategy for the given areas of products and services, ensuring the roadmap supports the Medi-Span business growth including optimizing current product offerings, using new product opportunities to enhance existing offerings, evaluating options for new solutions for customers, and operationalizing those.
- Collaborate with and influence key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to align on product strategy and drive impactful initiatives.
- Oversee the quality and expediency of discovery, build, and go-to-market activities for assigned areas in Medi-Span by closely collaborating with Engineering, Clinical Content, Product Management, Systems Implementation, Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.
- Foster an environment that is aligned with innovation, customer relationships, entrepreneurial spirit, and employee engagement.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or healthcare or equivalent field preferred.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 10 years leadership experience with healthcare technology products.
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience taking B2B SaaS and/or on-premise solution ideas from concept through go-to-market launches in a product management role.
- Proven experience positioning healthcare technology products both externally and internally (e.g., Sales Enablement and other GTM support) within commercial healthcare market such as payers/PBMs, digital health, and/or life sciences.
- Minimum 3 years of direct people management experience, including supervisory responsibilities, career development, and coaching.
- Demonstrated success managing product line projects, including risk mitigation, regulatory awareness, translating customer needs into engineering requirements, stakeholder engagement, go-to-market planning, and defining and tracking success metrics.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with healthcare embedded data and embedded data workflows.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.

Amazon's Transportation Operations Management (TOM) Automation Implementation (TAI) group is driving change in the Middle Mile. If you have a background in Program or Project Management in a tech-centric environment and are looking to take on some of the most exciting challenges around, come join us!
You will be responsible for developing and advancing the technology underpinning automation at the gate and yard processes. This encompasses identifying distinct stages of program life cycle, scoping deliverables for each phase gate, defining stakeholders and their roles and responsibilities. The role will entail the creation of mechanisms and for intake, prioritization and tracking, along with building out associated data visualization.
You will also be responsible for scoping and delivering end-to-end large scale projects across TOM. This includes collection of business and systems requirements, writing specifications, and driving project schedules. Develop new and advance existing hardware roadmaps, technology advancement that support or will support automation efforts as part of TOMs gate and yard processes.

Build project plans, balancing business needs with project risks and resource availability.

The TOM Automation Implementation (TAI) team identifies, drives and implements increasingly complex, cross-functional and impactful initiatives in Amazon's Middle Mile. + Responsible for ensuring the financial obligations of our Clients is accurate and that monthly rents are processed in a timely manner
+ Oversee and manage the subtenant process including the recording and collection of monthly rent and the pass-through of invoices and year-end reconciliations
+ Communicate frequently with internal and external partners. Notify client of critical dates, real estate policies and procedures, and assist with general inquiries
+ Request and process certificates of insurance as required by the lease document
+ Review Estoppels and Subordination Non-Disturbance Agreements (SNDA's) against the lease terms
+ Regularly exercises good judgment and logic in responding to leased and owned property inquiries from the client and/or landlords
+ Ensure that productive landlord and subtenant relationships are maintained in accordance with the lease and sublease agreements
