As a Project Janitor with Kimco Facility Services, you take pride in your work, are reliable, and are comfortable working with our customers and other Kimco team members. You'll be responsible for the cleanliness of multiple customer locations, whether they're open or closed.
Pay rate: $18-$19 per hour
FULL TIME, days and time will be discussed during interview.
Must also be available every other weekend.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain safety procedures by handling cleaning equipment and supplies according to company policy
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Gather and empty trash and replace trash bags
• Clean and stock restrooms, breakrooms, and other areas
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
• Polish windows and other surfaces
• Monitor building security and safety by locking doors after operating
Qualifications:
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, reach, and climb for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. on a continuous basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Use timekeeping system to document hours worked each day
• At least 2 years (we'd love more!) of janitorial experience preferred
• Resourceful team player with a positive outlook.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record (MVR) is required to operate company vehicles to and from customer work sites.
• Must be able to pass background screen, driving record, and E-Verify

The Server Support Technician is a senior position that performs tasks related to the repair of a variety of client products. Performs basic, moderately complex, and complex troubleshooting activities for desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, ESF, and Servers. Interacts directly with clients to address technical issues and respond to them timely and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for designated equipment
- Answer client questions in a professional manner
- Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level for each client
- Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in established guidelines and policies
- Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call as documented in established policies and guidelines
- Complete real time reporting of all calls as documented in established policies and guidelines
- Follow various established policies, guidelines, and documents relative to the successful delivery of service for each client
- Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment as required by client service agreements
- Report all time, mileage, and other requirements in an accurate and timely manner
- Understand all Safety policies and guidelines and works within the guidelines and policies on a daily basis
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
- Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended
Education and Experience:
- Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pass annual criminal and motor vehicle background
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
- Ability to pass drug screen at time of hire or as business needs require
- Ability to pass agility test at date of hire or internal transfer and every 3 years thereafter
- Must be part of stand-by rotation in the assigned geography as directed by manager

Senior Network Support Engineer Permanent, Full-time Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000 Location: Prince George, BC - Hybrid As a Senior Network Support Engineer , your role encompasses ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of network infrastructure across a global scale. Day-to-day operational management & support of the Drax Global SASE / SDWAN network (Velocloud / Zscaler) as well as operation and support of virtual networking elements within Public Cloud (AWS & Azure), including routing, Firewalls and WAF. Provide Network technical support for various business and internally driven projects and workstreams, ensuring that the deliverables and milestones are met. Follow the change controls, incident management processes and policies as defined by the company. Maximize network performance by monitoring, troubleshooting problems and outages. About You Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working in a network technical support function at the 3rd line level. Minimum CCNA (certified or able to demonstrative technical hands-on knowledge at that level Hands-on experience configuring/supporting Cisco switches (IOS, IOS-XE, Nexus) and Cisco Routers Hands-on experience configuring/supporting firewalls (Palo Alto Firewall experience is desirable) Experience working with Velocloud SDWAN and/or Zscaler ZIA / ZPA would be desirable Excellent ability to plan and prioritize own workstreams and deliver to SLAs and tight deadlines. Proven ability to operate in a pressurized situation and successfully handle multiple priorities.
