- Ensure a smooth and efficient resolution process while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Technical & Financial Assistance:
- Assist merchants with account setup, financial inquiries, and bank account reconciliations.
- Guide customers in understanding and using the platform effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Operational Efficiency & Organization:
- Organize and prioritize multiple work assignments while maintaining accuracy.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and workflows efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols to safeguard merchant transactions.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Computerized Information Systems, Computer Science, or a Technical Support environment.
- Some relevant experience in computer technical support (onsite technician experience is a plus).
- Background in customer service and/or a call center environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal communication skills required).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

You will report to the Assistant Center Manager.
**The Role**
+ Prepares the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
+ Monitor the donor and the pheresis process, responds to specific alarms or signals that may occur during the process.
+ Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
+ Maintain alertness and awareness to any reaction donor may have during or after the pheresis process and notifies appropriate staff.
+ Use Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to record incidents that occur during the pheresis process, such as machine alerts and alarms, volume variances and donor adverse events.
+ Use PDA to link equipment and soft goods used in the pheresis process to the appropriate donor.

+ Ensure the accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
+ Understand the policies and procedures associated with hyper immune programs at the center if applicable.

Responsable de archivar documentos y asegurar que los expedientes estén organizados y conservados según la política correspondiente. También es responsable de realizar llamadas y correos electrónicos relacionados con la obtención de recetas originales en la farmacia y el seguimiento de deducibles.
Responsabilidades (incluyen pero no se limitan a):
Archivar documentos físicos en los expedientes de los pacientes y mantenerlos actualizados.
Asegurar que los archivos estén organizados y conservados según las políticas establecidas.
Archivar recetas originales y otros documentos relacionados con el paciente.
Entregar y dar seguimiento a la devolución de expedientes físicos a personal autorizado, cuando sea requerido.
Archivar expedientes luego de ser auditados.
Dar seguimiento a recetas originales no recibidas al momento de la entrega.
Comunicarse con pacientes, oficinas médicas y/o coordinadores para identificar el lugar donde se encuentra la receta original y coordinar su recogido.
Verificar que la receta original recibida coincida con la receta indexada y despachada.
Preparar expedientes físicos asignando los números correspondientes según el sistema electrónico.
Completar y entregar a los pacientes los siguientes documentos según se soliciten: MA34, formulario CMS 10-147, kits de bienvenida por correo postal, entre otros.
Verificar la elegibilidad del paciente en la ruta diaria:

Atender llamadas de mensajeros de la empresa relacionadas a entregas de pacientes.
Manejar devoluciones de paquetes de farmacia, reprogramaciones o cancelaciones.
Utilizar adecuadamente los materiales y equipos de la empresa.
Mantener los estándares de confidencialidad y cumplimiento con HIPAA.

- Deliver excellent customer service while installing, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues at Alivia Health locations.
- Support equipment such as POS (point of sale) systems, registers, thermal/laser printers, scanners, servers, PCs, phone systems, RF devices, pharmacy systems, networking hardware, and related peripherals.
- Drive between Alivia Health locations across Puerto Rico to fulfill service calls and installations.
- Assist other neighboring areas with workload as needed.
- Maintain and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Work Schedule & Availability:
- Standard day shift with possible weekend and holiday rotations.
- On-call availability for weekday evenings and high-severity onsite service calls.
- Normal shift may include Saturday and Sunday as part of the regular schedule, with two weekdays as scheduled days off.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
