The Advanced Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing world-class support experiences to our enterprise customers. This role requires the individual to be trustworthy, collaborative, accountable, respectful, and innovative. They are responsible for resolving the most critical and complex issues with the Cornerstone product. The Specialist will utilize their knowledge, expertise, and exceptional soft skills to understand the customer and interpret their needs to ensure they are achieving maximum value from Cornerstone.
In this role you will.

Respond to customer cases in line with service level objectives.

Identify and resolve issues and proactively perform mitigation assessments to prevent issues from recurring.

Approach each case with a goal of ensuring Cornerstone products are performing at an optimal level by addressing any underlying or additional problems uncovered during each customer engagement.

Research and replicate difficult configuration, compatibility or product defect issues and document the results of your investigation.

Manage customer and internal communications with, both written and on calls.

Drive full resolution of cases and escalated cases with limited oversight or direction.

Act as a mentor and advisor to other members of the Global Technical Support Team

Maintain an advanced understanding of the Cornerstone product portfolio, be the Subject Matter Expert.

Create knowledge articles and lead knowledge sharing initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience required. Experience supporting LMS, HRIS, LXP, etc. is a plus

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical customer support role. Preferably with enterprise SaaS solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, including the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Experience leading major Enterprise incidents/situations using escalation Management guidelines to engage support, product managers, engineering teams and other teams.

Ability to communicate technical information proficiently with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives and Engineering leaders.

The ability to communicate confidently and clearly on conference calls, in meetings, and via email, at all levels of the organization is essential.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Specifically, we are studying transcriptional control of kidney proximal tubular cell metabolism and mechanisms of DNA damage repair. **Brief Description of Duties:**
The Research Support Specialist (RSS) will support behavioral (e.g., laboratory tasks, specimen collection), brain imaging (e.g., MRI, PET, EEG, etc.), and/or neuromodulation (e.g., rTMS) clinical research studies of patients with psychiatric disorders and healthy individuals. The RSS will directly interact with study participants (and occasionally participant collaterals), scanner technicians, and other research and clinical personnel (principal investigators, MDs, etc.). The RSS will also recruit and screen study participants and accompany participants to MRI and PET scans and/or TMS sessions as applicable, during which they will run multiple behavioral and imaging tasks as well as collect study-related information. Travel to treatment facilities and clinics for patient recruitment or onsite study procedures may be required occasionally. The RSS will set up and utilize computers and other specialized research equipment. The RSS will also maintain the integrity of collected data in an electronic database and provide reports to the PI as needed, update the study protocol documents when required, manage medical charts, and ensure compliance with all Institutional Review Board policies. The successful incumbent must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills. They will also have a passion for research and dedication to complying with all applicable regulatory requirements.

+ Assumes lead duties for shift(s) as assigned, which includes ensuring that the program schedule is followed, all duties are assigned and completed by team during the shift and critical incidents are reported to the Manager on Call and appropriately documented.
+ Mentor patients towards success in program including but not limited to behavior modification, program rules, schoolwork, job responsibilities and appropriate social interactions with peers, family, and staff.
+ Provides safe, timely, and supervised transportation of patients to off-site appointments or activities as needed.
+ Maintains accurate documentation in staff log, incident reports, facility forms, and/or other reports in a timely manner in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
+ Assist with filing and data-entry.
+ Participates and facilitates the occurrence of shift change. Ensures that all occurrences/incidents are documented appropriately, facility and cabinets are secure, supplies are stocked for next shift, and that all keys and other property are accounted.
+ Attends and participates in staff meetings as needed. Provides essential information to counseling staff on client utilization of concepts, work on treatment plan goals, skill development, etc.
+ Assist in the medication room, as needed.
**OVERNIGHT SHIFT CAVEAT**
+ Makes hourly tours of the facility, recording all pertinent activity.
+ Manages after hours incidents and emergencies, as required, notifying the appropriate staff.
+ Coordinates and facilitates all scheduled nighttime activities (i.e., fire drill, evacuation, etc.)
+ Completes room-to-room headcounts three times each night.
+ Conducts routine facility checks to ensure facility safety and security.

**Qualifications**
**R** **EQUIRED EDUCATION**
+ High School diploma or equivalent required
**LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS**
+ Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor - Trainee (CASAC-T) in good standing
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**
+ Minimum two years' experience working in a substance use disorder treatment setting, including working with patients with co-occurring disorders
**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
+ This job operates in an indoor office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.
