How we do it:

Heres what youll do:
Prospect and network with candidates who are interested in considering opportunities with our firm.
Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of candidates who can be called upon to meet our clients current and anticipated project resource needs
Meet with candidates regularly to establish ongoing communication and make sure project requirements are being met
Attend network events and other corporate events
Team collaboration (client and Vernovis) to identify the best client resource solutions
Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify active and passive candidates; discover new ways to find top talent
Plan, implement, and execute a daily, weekly and monthly schedule to bring home results
Heres what youll have:
- Experience with phone and email outreach
- Experience tracking communication process within a CRM or other internal system
- 1+ years of Recruiting Experience preferred but not required
- Demonstrated, quantitative success in a business recruiting function
- Strong relationship building abilities with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Prior technology experience preferred

+ Identify and evaluate potential CIT service providers and suppliers.
+ Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to secure the best terms.
+ Manage relationships with existing suppliers and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
+ Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new sourcing opportunities.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to understand sourcing needs and requirements.
+ Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and supplier performance.
+ Ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise.
**Key Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree; five years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and or experience in a related field.

Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitoring and tracking project progress, adjusting plans, as necessary. Managing project presentations, update/tailor presentations to client specifications and provide final presentations to leadership. Leading and managing project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members. Facilitating team meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders. A majority of team meetings and updates are pre-meeting notes/minutes, or pre-meeting presentations that need to be sent out on a regular basis. Identifying and engaging with key stakeholders. Ensuring stakeholder requirements are met, and expectations are managed. Providing regular project status reports to stakeholders.
