Guild Associates, Inc. is looking for a Manager, Information Technology to join our team in our Dublin office. The Sys Admin will participate in Guild's IT support, management, and development efforts including cybersecurity, client and server infrastructure, networking, software applications, data, and user accounts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent time-management and communication skills which will enable him/her to collaborate well with various employees and leaders within the company. The IT Systems Administrator will share ownership of all technical issues with other department members.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and respond to tickets, emails, calls, and messages, providing fast follow-up
- Troubleshoot and solve everyday technology problems
- Proactively monitor systems, identify potential troubles before they arise
- Stay up to date on current and innovative technologies and best practices
- Research, test, recommend, and install/implement new solutions
Configure, update, and secure a variety of systems on a scheduled basis
Ensure routine backups are completed and tested
- Configuration change documentation
- Asset management lifecycle, procurement, and recycling
- Management of IT Staff
- Development and maintenance of business relationships
Required Qualifications
- Proactive and positive mindset.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related degree.
- Minimum 5 years technical experience.
- Broad understanding of Microsoft 365 for Business.
- Significant experience with Windows client/server infrastructure.
- Experience with Backup Management.
- Working knowledge of both wired and wireless network technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using PowerShell scripting to automate tasks
- CompTIA A+, Network +, and Security +
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks

As a **Information Technology Intern** , you could potentially support the organization in several of the following ways:
+ Translate business requirements into technical specifications

General Summary
The Vice President of Information Technology is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise-wide technology solutions. This role oversees platforms that power the business across financial management, human capital management, supply chain, franchise operations, and data systems, while also leading "Office of the CIO" functions such as governance, project delivery, and IT financial management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Enterprise Systems Leadership
- Lead delivery, integration, and lifecycle management of enterprise systems including ERP, HCM, supply chain, franchise, and data platforms.
- Act as strategic product owner and technology thought leader, advancing cloud-first, scalable architectures that serve enterprise and business-unit needs.
- Build structured migration roadmaps with predictable release cycles, balancing stability and innovation.
- Partner with senior executives to translate business needs into technology solutions that improve processes and unlock new capabilities.
