Gorin Systems  is a fast-growing USA dev company that builds apps that improve the world - for the good.  We are looking for a remote, part-time Digital Video Content Creator to work on Gorin Systems graphic designing projects and regularly create/upload videos for our product. This role has a possibility of turning into a full-time salary position.

As our Digital Video Designer, you’ll blend creativity and technical expertise to craft compelling video content. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Creating Video Content : Use 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics, stop-motion, and illustration techniques to produce captivating videos.

2. Graphics Optimization : Edit and enhance graphics and video content for social media platforms.

3. Project Leadership : Take the lead on video projects from concept to delivery, including storyboarding, design, animation, feedback, quality assurance, and production.

4. Technical Support : Provide technical assistance for design and video-related efforts.

5. Invisible Editing : Manipulate and edit film seamlessly for a polished final product.

6. Shot Decision Lists : Review shooting scripts and raw material to create shot lists based on scene value and continuity.

7. Sequencing and Effects : Trim footage segments and assemble film sequences, incorporating music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Premiere Pro).

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

• Usability testing experience.

• Project management concepts (scheduling, cost, time management).

• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge for front-end development.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Problem-solving aptitude.

Preferred:

• 3+ years of Video Design experience 

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager/Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things social media and sports, possess excellent communication skills, and have a creative mindset. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engage with our audience across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.

- Create engaging content for various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, & LinkedIn.

- Manage all social media channels, including scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.

- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media.

- Utilize video editing skills for creating compelling multimedia content.

- Implement social media marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

- Capture high-quality visuals through photography/videography to enhance social media presence.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Manage and work around the schedule of The College Cuber to allocate time for capturing and shooting content, which you will later edit & post on social media.

- Travel to events (Including out of state) to capture content

- Ensure the timely posting of videos each week to meet content goals.

-Provide support with daily operational tasks, including scheduling, organization, and administrative assistance as required.

Experience:

- Entry-level applicants are welcome

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.

- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, video editing software such as CapCut, and photography.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Film and produce high-quality video content both in-studio and on-location using professional camera equipment.

• Operate and manage production gear, including lighting, audio, and other video equipment.

• Edit video content using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent software for use across digital and social media platforms.

• Conceptualize and generate AI-driven content ideas, using emerging tools and technologies to create immersive and interactive digital experiences.

• Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and marketing teams to ensure visual content aligns with brand goals and campaign strategies.

• MUST have hands-on experience managing content across key social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Assist in managing and optimizing content performance across digital channels.

• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI, video technology, and digital marketing.
  

• Bachelors degree in Film, Media, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in videography, video editing, and content creation.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or comparable editing tools.

• Familiarity with AI-powered content generation tools and platforms is highly desirable.

• Strong creative vision with an understanding of brand storytelling and visual aesthetics.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
