Brooklyn College invites applications for an Executive Director for Student Financial Services. Reporting to the Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration (SVPFA), with latitude for independent judgment and decision making, the Executive Director for Student Financial Services is responsible for providing leadership over the areas that assist students in understanding the options to finance their education, including the Offices of the Bursar, Financial Aid, and Scholarships. The incumbent works closely with colleagues across the college to create synergies that streamline administrative processes, improve the student experience, and facilitate student success. The incumbent must work closely with the SVPFA, the SVPFA's Cabinet, and leadership across the College to provide information and services to the campus community.
Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
+ Implement and manage an integrated student financial services process and communications plan with the goal of ensuring that every student knows how to finance their education and receives the highest level of customer service.
+ Oversee the Office of the Bursar, the Office of Financial Aid, and the Office of Scholarships.
+ Design and direct a tier-based model to deliver exceptional student financial services while leveraging resources accordingly.
+ Create and manage a comprehensive student experience roadmap and communications plan for the areas within student financial services, and lead the effort to consolidate plans with all other student facing areas to reduce student run-around and dissatisfaction.
+ Develop a communications plan that utilizes technology to provide accessible information to students related to financing their education. Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to students and all customers, particularly the timely and professional response to all inquiries. + Collaborate with the Office of Admissions and Recruitment to develop and implement a plan to advise prospective students and their families on how to finance their education.

+ Administer College, Brooklyn College Foundation, University, State, and Federal policies regarding the collection of tuition and fees, financial aid administration, and scholarship processing.
+ Develop and implement strategies to ensure the prompt billing and timely collection of payments due the College for tuition and fees, financial aid, third party payments, tuition waivers, and miscellaneous business transactions.
+ Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls for the accounting of cash, credit card, and other payments and for the deposit of such payments. Implement strategies to monitor receivables and optimize collections. Provide regular status reports and monitor performance against University targets and other relevant benchmarks.
+ Collaborate with appropriate college offices, including but not limited to, the Offices of the Comptroller, Academic Affairs, Registrar, Enrollment Management, Academic Advisement and Student Success, Student Affairs, Information Technology, and Institutional Advancement.
+ Work with the Brooklyn College Foundation to discuss student aid needs with potential donors. Implement completion and continuation grants.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree and eight years' related experience.

Requirements
In this role you will:
- Drive the overall growth and development of the Circit partnership footprint within the Americas banking market;

JOB OVERVIEW
The Energy Analyst, Asset Management is a key member of the Asset Management team, supporting both the Technical and Compliance asset management functions. The analyst will support all core aspects of the asset management team, primarily: daily management of solar plants, reporting, compliance tracking, and account management. This role is for a dedicated energy analyst and, while basic financial reporting is a key component, this is not an FP&A position.
JOB LOCATION AND REPORTING TO
This position will be based in New York City or San Francisco office or for the right candidate as a hybrid remote position. The Analyst, Asset Management reports to the Director, Asset Management, and works closely with the Sales, Project Development, Engineering, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and Project Finance teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & Maintenance Support
- Daily production monitoring in Locus with proactive mitigation of real-time issues
- Coordination with main contractors for maintenance and operational compliance
Portfolio & Account Management
- Coordinate monthly invoicing for all portfolios
- Assist FP&A in financial administration for operating projects: billing & revenue collection, invoice tracking, settlements, etc. with various off takers
- Support day-to-day management of Community Solar program including ad-hoc reporting, utility coordination, and subscriber agreement compliance items
- Coordinate monthly invoicing for all portfolios
Reporting
- Support Monthly/Annual operational reports and ensure these are completed in a timely manner and delivered to relevant counterparties
- Work with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Project Finance, Project Development, etc.) to establish shared service agreements to support all reporting
- Analyze results, summarize key takeaways, and compare actual vs expected vs modeled performance

- Maintain formalized database tracking operations, insurance, system repairs, contract administration, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting

Relationship Support for Third Parties
