Job Description
As a Market Research Analyst, you will cleanse, process, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support the generation of insights and strategic recommendations in deliverables for MMIT's market research products to answer business questions for pharmaceutical clients and to contribute to MMIT's goal of smoothing access to therapies. To succeed in this role, you will:

Develop questions for multi-stakeholder surveys of various lengths and complexity to drive market research findings

Analyze market research data, both qualitative and quantitative, via a variety of statistical methods

Generate slide templates and formats to visualize data and associated insights in an easily digestible manner

Qualifications

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000to$77,000.It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.

The Senior Market Risk Analyst will support the Market Risk team in monitoring, reporting, and analyzing risk exposures across trading businesses, including Fixed Income, Structured Products, and Equities. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in financial markets, offering exposure to both risk management and reporting functions within a dynamic trading environment.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Assist in the daily production and validation of market risk reports, including Value-at-Risk (VaR), sensitivities, and stress testing.
+ Support the monitoring of market risk exposures and limit utilization across trading desks.
+ Help reconcile risk data and investigate discrepancies in coordination with risk managers and technology teams.
+ Contribute to the automation and enhancement of reporting processes using tools such as Excel, Python, or SQL.
+ Participate in the preparation of materials for risk committees and senior management.
+ Maintain documentation of reporting procedures and data sources.

As part of the Capital Markets division within Truist Securities, Inc., the Asset Securitization Group (ASG) provides structured debt capital solutions to clients of Truist Bank across a range of consumer, commercial and esoteric asset classes. The Originations team within ASG (i) partners with the structuring team, syndicate desk and sales team to place asset-backed securities (ABS) with institutional investors in the new issue market and (ii) partners with our ABS warehouse team to originate asset-backed credit facilities for our clients, funded by Truist Bank and/or syndicated to other banks and/or institutional investors.
