The Leadership Development Facilitator is responsible for supporting employee and leadership development programs and initiatives, processes and systems across the organization. This individual collaborates with HR team members and business unit leaders to identify development needs and create and deliver learning solutions that drive employee performance, engagement, and development.
Designs and develops training that incorporates adult learning theory and principles of instructional design (including program materials).
