**About the Role**
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Cengage Group, you will be an integral part of our collaborative and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition team. You'll work closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. With a strong foundation in recruiting practices, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles while contributing to a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.

**What You'll Do Here**
+ Own and manage end-to-end recruiting processes-from job intake through offer-for a variety of roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
+ Act as a strategic talent partner to the business-sharing insights on market trends, candidate availability, pay benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
+ Partner closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs, build sourcing strategies, and deliver on staffing goals.

+ Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of diverse, qualified talent through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
+ Utilize Workday Recruit to manage requisitions, track candidates, and maintain data accuracy.
+ Leverage recruiting metrics and data to inform hiring strategies, track progress, and continuously improve the recruiting process.
+ Support employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the broader TA team and Communications, including promoting job opportunities via social media and professional networks.
+ Ensure recruitment practices align with employment laws and company policies, maintaining accurate and compliant documentation.
+ Work cross-functionally with other Talent Acquisition Partners, Coordinators, and HR stakeholders to continuously improve our recruiting processes and candidate experience.
**What You'll Bring**
+ 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a mid-to-large matrixed organization or high-growth environment.
+ Ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders by offering data-driven insights, market knowledge, and strategic guidance.
+ Experience using WorkDay as an ATS to manage requisitions and candidate flow.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence, advise, and guide stakeholders.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts across various departments. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute to our organization from anywhere in the US. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires a deep understanding of talent market trends and a proactive approach to identifying and attracting top-tier talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts.
  • Utilize recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data, track progress, and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with candidates to build a strong employer brand reputation.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with talent acquisition best practices, employment laws, and market trends.
  • Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Proven success in sourcing and recruiting for technical, sales, and leadership roles.
  • Expertise in using various recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday), and job boards.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate experience best practices.
  • Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
