The Logistics Coordinator is at the very center of a fast-paced strategic environment. Position Responsibilities:
The Logistics Coordinator key responsibilities are to manage asset utilization and drivers to ensure a high delivery of customer service and fleet profitability. Additionally, the Logistics Coordinator assists, coaches and mentors' drivers with all training and administrative items.

Essential job requirements may include, but not limited to:

• Build and match planned freight to day cabs or condo trucks and drivers. In a dedicated training environment, this will include planning to coordinate trainers and trainee's needs for hours and home time.
• Review PTAs and driver's requests for time off or home time in planning loads for same-day or next-day dispatching. Schedule work and assign tasks to drivers.
• Coordinate with others in the department for awareness of driver, freight, and asset availability. Identify concerns with drivers who may need additional support, coaching, or disciplinary action to supervisors and managers.
• Coordinate with Maintenance on trucks out of service or returning to service to plan and dispatch accordingly.
• When available from customers, plan for future freight.
• Track drivers, loads and receivers to ensure dispatching is able to continue to run as planned.
• In a Dedicated environment, coordinate backhauls to meet customer's needs and keep freight, trucks, and trailers moving consistently.
• Maintain frequent contact with assigned drivers, monitoring call-offs, fatigue concerns and equipment issues. In a dedicated training environment, also includes ensuring trainees are working appropriately to next phase of training and placement.
• With team drivers, ensuring loads assigned are appropriate for teams and hours available.
• Monitor Hours of Service for dispatching and compliance.
• In a dedicated training environment, efforts should be focused on routing trucks or drivers (solo) with capacity to a terminal for better efficiency.
• Handle urgent situations such as the need to recover truck, freight, or driver, traffic, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent on-time delivery.
• Assist in orienting new drivers to fleets/accounts on proper ways to communicate, report to work, and other scheduling expectations.
• Work with drivers who have unique scheduling needs or issues that arise. Ensure coordination with supervisors and managers for special items such as leaves of absence, extended time off requests or concerns about meeting expectations.

• Ability to work with office equipment, utilizing computers for majority of tasks and must be familiar with Microsoft Office suite of programs.
• Proficient with Excel and other reporting capabilities.
• Excellent inter-personal skills with drivers, other personnel, customers, and management.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

• Capable of hearing, with or without correction, sufficiently to perceive normal speaking levels and receive detailed information through oral communication in order to facilitate meetings and work with internal customers and stakeholders by telephone and in person.
• Position may involve kneeling, stooping, bending, pushing, lifting, carrying and moving objects that can weigh up to 25 pounds.
• Capable of working extended hours, to include weekends, holidays and various shifts (to include evening and night shifts) as necessary.
• Capable of sitting at a desk for extended periods of time and working with computer equipment.
• Capable of speaking, writing, and reading English well and possessing a good command of the language so that various types of communications may be conducted in English with people of various levels of education and capabilities.
• Capable of visual acuity, with or without correction, sufficient to prepare and analyze data and figures, view a computer terminal, and read extensively.

• College degree preferred but combination of college work and experience will be considered.
• Prior logistical or planning experienced needed.
• Transportation or logistics industry experience preferred.
• Strong geographical knowledge with expertise in time and distance requirements as it pertains to Department.
• Transportation regulations is needed.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Primary Responsibility:
Receive, catalogue, stage, and ship NE&TO network equipment to and from the NE&TO Logistics and Staging Facility.

Specific Duties:
Inspection, cataloguing, and visual identification, of network routers, DWDM (dense wave division multiplexing) equipment, optical & ethernet devices, CMTS (cable modem terminating systems) components, servers, storage devices, video equipment, CDV (voice over IP) telephony equipment, associated IRM (installation related material) such as cable, connectors, etc.
Assemble and disassemble modules, power supplies, and processors in Network routers, CMTS devices, and Optical equipment to meet engineering standards.
Complete hardware configuration, pre-staging of server power supplies, drives, and memory to meet engineering standards according to work orders.
Assembly of DWDM/Ethernet/Sonet modules and pluggable components and line cards.
Assemble deployment readiness kits.
Utilize proper ESD handling procedures when working with electronic equipment.
Coordinate closely with Senior Inventory Control and Deployment Engineering on equipment deployment requests.
Assist Staging Lab Engineers in populating Routers, Switches and Servers as needed.
Responsible for the accountability of all assets held in the NE&TO Logistics and Staging Facility inventory and the accuracy of the warehouse database above a 98% level at all times, valued at over $75M.
As instructed, complete accurate and timely receipt of equipment against packing slips and purchase orders.
Operate forklift to load and unload trucks delivering or picking up equipment.
Support with the verification of packing slips for received equipment and the timely submission of packing slips to Business Operations.
Aid with the coordination of asset recoveries of decommissioned equipment to be redeployed.

Experience and Qualifications:
0-1-year experience in shipping/receiving.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, excel and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of network architectures involving access and core-level switch-routers, servers, and cable modem termination systems (CMTSs).
Familiar with equipment interconnections and interoperability.
Basic understanding of handling highly complex electronics (Network equipment).
Understanding of the different standards for interfaces such as Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet over fiber, and Gigabit Ethernet over copper and 10-Gigabit Ethernet.
Familiar with Cisco, Sun, Dell and HP hardware at a minimum.
Understanding the proper handling of equipment in an ESD environment.
Familiarity with IP Network equipment, IP Transport Equipment and video equipment is desirable.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a SeniorBusiness Systems Analyst, Warehouse Management, to play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing Warehouse Management Systems within our existing Oracle On-Prem environment, and later as part of an Oracle Cloud Hybrid model (where WMS is operated from EBS). This position requires support and functional expertise in Oracle Warehouse Management and related modules, coupled with strong business analysis and communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide thought leadership and day-to-day support for Oracle Logistics modules (WMS, Inventory, Shipping) including issue resolution and performance optimization
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for WMS-related issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot real-time transactions between Oracle WMS and RF devices, ensuring accurate data capture and task execution
• Support label printing and barcode scanning processes, including integration with Zebra or Honeywell printers and scanners
• Assist in the design and support of integration with other Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Inventory, Order Management)
• Assist in the design and integration of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (e.g. Cloud Order Management, Cloud Manufacturing) with the EBS WMS module.
• Assist in testing and validation of WMS setups during system upgrades, patching, and new warehouse rollouts
• Coordinate with Oracle support and internal IT teams for escalated issues
• Create/execute unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data.
• Able to travel to Mexico, Europe and Asia Pacific to support the implementation of the project.
• Perform application and process-specific training activities to educate technical and non-technical users of the solutions you configure and support.
• Document system configurations and system application test protocols, in support of quality compliance validation.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5-10 years' experience supporting Enterprise Applications in an IT/IS Department, or 5+ years' hands-on experience in supporting Oracle on premise WMS.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Release12.2.x, and specifically, areas of WMS, Inventory, Shipping Execution.
• Experienced with creating business process models and using them to describe and discern business requirements.
• Experienced having integrated Oracle WMS with third party automation applications (labeling, manifesting, pick to light).
• Experienced reading and writing basic SQL queries to manipulate data in Oracle EBS.
• Good understanding of the software development life cycle and related processes.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with both technical and business staff.
• Excellent written, speaking and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to interface with highly technical resources, both on-shore and off-shore.
• Experienced with MS Office applications, including MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS Project.
• Strong independent analysis skills and ability to dig into challenges, identify solutions and share critical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with RF device configuration and troubleshooting
• Experienced with Oracle Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA) and personalization a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations (Cloud products like OM & Mfg integrating to EBS WMS) a definite plus
• Working knowledge of inventory control best practices, including cycle counting, physical inventory, and lot/serial tracking
• Experienced with multi-organization and intercompany processes is a plus.
• Write reports using established toolset to support reporting requirements from various business teams.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics best practices
• Ability to create and interpret WMS-related reports and dashboards using Oracle BI tools or SQL
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with warehouse staff, IT teams, and external vendors.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may also be considered.

Compensation : The anticipated range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 . Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 10% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance.

Physical requirements/Work Environment

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities.
