Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working “from farm to shelf,” you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.
Primary Responsibilities of a Customer Service & Logistics Intern are:
- Product Supply - Product Supply interns work at field sites as Site Logistics Planners. This position serves as the point person for inventory coordination for all product categories in each Distribution Center.
- Customer Service - Our Customer Service interns take on the real-life role of a Customer Service Coordinator. Most interns are assigned to either a deduction, credit, or order management role. Deduction interns, in partnership with Sales, will effectively be managing the day-to-day of customer deductions. Credit co-ops determine account’s financial strength and credit worthiness by analyzing financial statements. Finally, Order Management interns will be assigned a specific wholesale/ retail account. These interns will process and manage the life of orders on a daily basis.
- Logistics Operations – Interns will gain a specific understanding of the Transportation and Distribution networks within Mondelēz International, including the flow of product movements from origin to destination. Interns will have exposure to the Load Control Center, Private Fleet and the Transportation Expense and Audit Control group.
- Branch Operations - Support day-to-day operations in our Direct Store Delivery branches including order/route management, inventory & warehouse management, linking with internal and external stakeholders to support customers/operations and leading project work to achieve safety, service, and cost goals.
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in: Supply Chain, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2028.
- Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Mondelēz International (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status.

Compensation

As a Logistics Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining and enhancing our reporting and analytics processes within the supply chain. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining standardized report templates, developing KPIs, and ensuring the accuracy of logistics-related data. - Drive initiatives to provide sales organizations and the supply chain team with enhanced visibility through new analytical tools and reports.
- Improve current reporting processes with available automation approaches.
- Receive and complete ad-hoc report requests timely and accurately, utilizing remote resources effectively.
- Develop and maintain inbound and outbound transportation rating engines, ensuring accuracy compared to actual freight costs.
- Collaborate with functional managers and solution managers in simulation studies, providing analytics support and insights.
- Provide solution managers with updated market trends for international ocean freight, aligning business with financial impacts.
- Support operation manager and transformation team in LEAN continuous improvement projects, capturing savings accurately.
- Support procurement and transportation teams with domestic RFP projects and assist with data transformation.
- Identify inbound rating issues and improve processes for business efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally within supply chain, finance, and business units to refine accrual processes and provide additional visibility.
- Adopt advanced IT technologies and software solutions for logistics simulations and analyses.
- Assume additional solution manager responsibilities in operational compliance and analytical needs.
- Provide necessary training and introductory sessions for the reporting ecosystem to new managers.
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Analytics and MBA degree
- 6 years of cross-functional logistics/supply chain experience
- Experience in a multi-cultural corporate environment preferred
- Business knowledge of consumer/B2B electronics
- Knowledge of database reporting packages (e.g., SQL, SAP, Cognos, SSRS, MicroStrategy)
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) certification

This position requires a commitment to working EST hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, totaling a 40-hour work week. Job Overview
The Product Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics will play a key role in defining, building, and enhancing logistics and warehousing product capabilities across the Americas region. This role will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product teams at headquarters to develop competitive logistics products , enhance user experiences, and ensure our product offerings align with both customer needs and evolving market trends .
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular research on local logistics and warehousing & distribution industry trends in the Americas, including customer demands and competitive analysis, ensuring our product strategy aligns with market needs and company goals .
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle management for logistics and warehousing & distribution products. Collect and prioritize product requirements, write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and define product features and user experience requirements covering warehousing management, inventory control, order processing, transportation, and distribution.
- Collaborate with the headquarters supply chain product team to participate in product design, development, testing, and go-to-market processes. Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality releases. After launch, continuously track performance, gather user feedback, and analyze data to enhance product features and optimize performance.
- Work closely with sales, operations, procurement, and other business teams to understand operational pain points and identify opportunities to enhance the adoption and effectiveness of logistics products, ultimately driving business growth.
- Monitor industry innovations and competitor products , analyze market data to uncover potential product gaps, and propose innovative enhancements such as new automation technologies or advanced route planning algorithms.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies in the supply chain space (e.g., automation, big data, AI) and explore ways to apply them to enhance product competitiveness.
- Extensive experience in logistics operations, product management, or solution design , with a proven ability to design and deliver logistics products .

Job Description
Provide operational leadership to individual contributors and hourly workforce to ensure the execution of daily tasks and activities including driver deliveries, loading/unloading of trailers, cross docking and customer service operations in a manner consistent with company services and cost objectives. Supervises most processes directly including workforce and equipment scheduling. Responsible for making corrective action and disciplinary decisions up to written warning level. Involved in the hiring process and customer meetings as necessary. Reviews truck runs based on location of accounts, volume, costs, customer requirements and private fleet utilization. Review daily orders for additional private fleet opportunities based on above requirements.

**People:**
-Communicate performance standards that are specific and measurable, Interview hourly associates and provide recommendations for hire, Monitor attendance, productivity, and other performance markers and provide counseling and/or recognition to associates as needed.
**Operations:**
-Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading and unloading, dispatch and proper documentation and procedure control, Evaluate and recommend changes in preferred work methods to increase productivity of dispatch/warehouse operations. Assist in new associate training, Provide relief coverage for operational duties when associates utilize time-off or are absent from the shift, Have a thorough working knowledge of the site's operating systems in order to ensure operational compliance and correct exception resolution, Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
**Finance:**
-Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures such as inventory accuracy and control, returns, damages, etc, Understand the relationship between decision-making and profitability, Closely manage associates' working hours and activities to minimize overtime and to meet or exceed productivity targets.
**Safety:**
-Ensure day-to-day management and associate activities are in alignment with the location safety strategy, Provide associates with communication, training, feedback, and direction to ensure safe performance, Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and company policies and procedures.
**Growth / Customer Experience:**
-Understand the location-specific customer goals & objectives, Ensure the customer knows that we are committed to helping them meet their objectives, Determine areas that could benefit from Continuous Improvement efforts.
**Fleet/Assets:**
-Properly plan work assignments to ensure effective use of fleet/warehouse equipment, Work with hourly associates to ensure they understand safe and efficient operation of equipment.

The site data lead will immerse themselves within these sites and with global functions to complete data cleansing, build standardization, and identify opportunities for improvement.
