Design and optimize data structures in data management systems (Cloud platforms - Snowflake, GCP, Azure) to enable AI/ML solutions. Build custom software components and analytics applications. Create/Maintain CI/CD pipelines of machine learning solutions in the cloud environment. Implement strategies for deploying machine learning models into production environments. Responsible for selecting best model to meet both model performance and minimize compute costs. Establish and maintain monitoring systems to track the performance of deployed models and facilitate continuous improvement. Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for integrating machine learning and Generative artificial intelligence capabilities into Project solutions/platform. Collaborate with the Product team to design a Tactical roadmap for the adoption of machine learning technologies, paradigms & frameworks following organizations best practices. Work in a technical team through development, deployment, and application of applied analytics, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics using machine learning and artificial intelligence. Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner. May telecommute parttime.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in an AI Engineer-related ccupation; Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in an AI Engineer-related occupation.
Position requires:
1. Building and executing end-to-end Machine Learning (ML) systems automating training, testing, and deploying ML models in cloud platforms;
2. Working with ML frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn;
3. Prediction (regression) and classification algorithms and deep learning, reinforcement learning and generative Artificial Intelligence (AI);
4. Programming skills in Python or Java;
5. Developing ML or AI solutions with either Python, AWS, AZURE, or GCP;
6. Using Docker, Kubernetes and containerization;
7. Using ETL to develop pipelines (Airflow/Kubeflow/Dataflow);
8. Writing and understanding SQL;
9. Data architecture, including data structures or data schemas.

+ Apply AI and Machine Learning technology to solve complex, real-world problems.
+ Analyze and visualize diverse sources of data, interpret results and report results clearly and concisely.

Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied mathematics, or other engineering discipline.
+ 2-3+ years experience in feature engineering, model development, hyper parameter tuning, and model evaluation
+ 2-3+ years experience with Python, Pandas/Numpy/ScikitLearn, Pytorch, Tensorflow, Huggingface
+ 2+ years Google Cloud Platform
+ Core concepts of modern NLP or Computer Vision modeling techniques
