Location: Sterling Heights (18 1/2 mile road)
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve plastic parts from the conveyor
- Inspect parts for visible defects
- Label each part accurately
- Transport completed parts to designated workstations
Available Shifts & Pay Rates:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $15.50/hour
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $6.00/hour (includes 0.50 shift premium)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $1 .00/hour (includes 1.50 shift premium)

Mechanical Automation Design Engineer Responsibilities Include:

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Machine Operator to operate corner board machinery within our manufacturing facility
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stocking all paper and product including inventory neatly using organizing skills
- Operate Corner Board Machines properly per SOPS and utilize quality specifications per standard operating procedures (SOPS).
- Meet production quotas within a reasonable training/retraining time period.
- Ensure housekeeping of equipment and surrounding area is acceptable per SOP. This must be completed daily (clean machines, seep floor, clean any oil spills, return tools and any spare parts etc.)
- Follow safety SOPS and maintain proper use on all PPE at all times of operation (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Generate accurate daily production reporting for Supervisor.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, monthly.
- Maintain possession and good condition of assigned tools.
- Alert Supervisor of potential maintenance and/ or safety concerns. Follow all JSA and LOTO procedures.
- Receive and follow designated jo process and safety training.
- Perform assigned preventative maintenance of the equipment.
- Operate forklift only if trained to do so. Use a Pallet Jack for most product movements.
