The Opportunity:
Performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on electrical and mechanical systems involving production equipment and plant systems including PLCs.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensure production machinery functions correctly and efficiently.
* Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, compressor, and vacuum systems.
* Work on motors, conveyors, AC/DC, and PLC troubleshooting.
* Will work with steam and boiler controls, and mechanical power drives.

* Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
* Complete Timely and accurate paperwork.
What you need to succeed:
* Strong Electrical and Mechanical aptitude required with extensive troubleshooting experience.
* Experience with Troubleshooting in a Production/Manufacturing Environment.
* Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery including motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial / electronic controls and power transmission systems.
* Ability to install and set up both A/C and D/C drives.
* Able to install and troubleshoot basic 3 phase motor control circuits.
* Knowledge of the various types of sensors and limit switches.
* A good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
* PLC troubleshooting and problem-solving ability preferred.
* Must be able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings.
* Must be fully computer literate with Microsoft environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in a mature and professional manner.
* Ability to work overtime.
* Basic mathematical skills and basic technology/computer skills.
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Military training and/or Technical School preferred.
* Corrugated background is a plus, but not required

The starting rate is $30.38 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
· Completes maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
· Identifies and resolves equipment malfunctions related to downtime, scrap, and performance
· Monitors spare parts inventories and make recommendations to assure availability
· Troubleshoots and AC / DC motor drives
· Completes assigned work orders in a timely manner
· Records preventative maintenance and repair data using computer based systems
· Identifies parts and materials required for repairs and arranges procurement
· Informs appropriate parties of and coordinates maintenance needs to minimize downtime
· Maintains safe and clean work environment
· Observes all Plant procedures, policies, and guidelines
· Performs other duties as required
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
· 5+ years' experience or equivalent education in Industrial Maintenance
· PLC troubleshooting experience highly preferred; Allen Bradley and Siemens knowledge desired
· Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 pounds repetitively
+ Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and/or kneel continuously
+ Availability to work overtime, extended shifts, weekends, and/or holidays as scheduled
+ Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) i
+ Good verbal, writing, and math skills
+ Ability to work collaboratively with others

Job Description:
A Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the guest rooms, public space, and back of the house areas in good repair. A facility engineer is competent in various trades, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, wall covering, and masonry, to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel. The person in this position must be able to roll their sleeves up and assist our teams when needed, living our “ONE TEAM. ONE VISION.” philosophy. This person must also provide innovative ways that align with our mission to be the best, most respected hotel company in America.

- Complete all required training
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures and property specific brand standards
- Perform any other duties as requested by management to aid in better operation of the hotel and service to the guests
- Have knowledge of fire alarm system and evacuation procedures
- Repair or replace items such as light bulbs, lamps, switches, outlets, faucets, toilets, hardware, filters, paint, furniture, wall coverings, caulking, grouting or other miscellaneous items
- Maintain a record of repairs performed, repairs calendared and pending, and repairs needing evaluation
- Inspect guestrooms, public space and back of the house to evaluate for areas to repair, touch up or replace
- Assist other department team members in the systematic application of the preventive maintenance program
- Have basic mechanical aptitude for the operation and repair of hotel facilities and equipment
- Have working knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- Is responsible for safety and security of guests, fellow associates, and hotel assets in conjunction with hotel management
- Will keep confidential the business functions of the company including, but not limited to, financial status, customer/guest information, associate issues, etc.
Necessary Skills:
- Able to communicate effectively in writing, by telephone and in person
- Able to report to scheduled shifts
- Able to work a flexible schedule. We are a 24/7 business which may require work availability of nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and person

JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for the operational aspects of assigned properties and meeting company goals in those areas. In the Maintenance Technician role, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient operation and upkeep of the property's buildings and grounds.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by Harbor Group Management Company.
- Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
- Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds.
- Perform routine maintenance punches on vacant units prior to new resident occupancy.
- Respond to resident service requests; enter and track requests using a work order system.
- Keep all amenity areas in clean and operable condition.
QUALIFICATIONS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Prior experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, dry-wall and painting
