Conducts research and analysis on industry trends, market conditions, and the current competitive landscape to inform strategic planning efforts.
Evaluates financial statements, conducts cost-benefit analyses, and develops financial models to support decision-making and measure the financial impact of strategic plans.
Develops reports and presentations that communicate findings and offer strategic planning recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the progress and success of strategic initiatives.
Assists in scenario planning and modeling exercises to evaluate different strategic options and their potential outcomes.
Analyzes data, gathers market intelligence, and identifies opportunities and risks that may impact the organization's strategic direction.
Monitors competitor activities, assesses market dynamics, and provides insights on potential competitive advantages or industry challenges.
Coordinates project activities, tracks progress, manages timelines and deliverables, and communicates updates to stakeholders.
Identifies opportunities to streamline processes, enhance data analysis techniques, and improve the quality and effectiveness of strategic planning deliverables.
**Required Qualifications**
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
Strategic Management Professional (SMP) certification preferred.

**Compensation and Benefits**

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
