**Responsiblities**
The Strategic Operations and Response Support team is seeking an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Cadre Management and Training Coordinator to facilitate and provide comprehensive training for all EOC Cadre members and staff. The EOC Cadre Management and Training position is responsible for the full life cycle of cadre management, including recruitment, scheduling, and maintaining qualifications to ensure a constant state of readiness. As a subject matter expert on EOC operations, EOC Cadre Management and Training will develop and deliver training programs, design curriculum, and facilitate exercises and drills based on adult learning principles and emergency management frameworks. The ideal candidate will have Emergency Operations Center (EOC) experience and be familiar with the day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ EOC Cadre Facilitation
+ Develop and implement a strategic staff development framework for the EOC, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes of the EOC Cadre members.
+ Maintain a roster of qualified personnel and ensure appropriate staffing levels for all positions within the EOC.
+ Coordinate with relevant agencies and organizations to identify and secure additional resources and personnel during emergencies.
+ Develop and implement a system for tracking the availability and deployment status of EOC cadre members.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of personnel qualifications, certifications, and training.
+ Training and Development

**Qualifications**

+ Possess in-depth knowledge of emergency management principles, practices, and procedures.
+ Familiarity with EOC and National Incident Management System (NIMS) frameworks, including Incident Command System (ICS).
