Work Environment
This job operates in a commercial kitchen environment in an indoor hotel. This role routinely utilizes standard kitchen equipment such as stoves, grills, ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, freezers and utensils required in the preparation of culinary items for the restaurant. This job also requires use of commercial cleaning supplies consistent with cleaning a commercial kitchen.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; bend; kneel; squat; sweep and push; twist; smell; and reach with hands and arms, and requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
