**Position Summary**
+ The Lead Director, Provider Engagement manages and oversees compliance with our Provider Engagement responsibilities as provided within the State Medicaid contractual requirements.
+ This role is responsible for managing distinct functions that support both internal and external Provider Engagement representatives. + Manage and deploy the Medicaid National Provider Engagement Program through the Local Market.

+ Implement and/or deliver training programs and educational materials for Providers.

+ Oversight of Provider website, directories, manuals, and dashboards; plans, coordinates, and conducts provider forums and monthly webinars; develops communications including newsletters, notifications and email/fax blasts in collaboration with Provider Enablement & Strategy.
+ Collaborate with Provider Enablement & Strategy on Provider-facing communications, desktops, workflows, external trainings, reporting, and HUB support.
+ Recruits, develops, and supports staff. Manages key personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, performance, salary reviews, and disciplinary actions.
+ Tracks performance through weekly metrics, holds regular one-on-one meetings, and provides coaching and mentoring as needed.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 5 to 7 years of recent Managed Care experience in Network/ Provider Engagement
+ Employee Supervision with 3-5 Years in Medicaid Network/Provider Engagement.
+ Travel within the state as needed.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others at all levels.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. The USVI Office of Disaster Recovery, a division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority, has entrusted us with the critical task of managing and supporting federally funded recovery projects across the U.S. Virgin Islands. Our work will involve overseeing the reconstruction of key educational, healthcare and infrastructure projects, all of which were severely impacted by Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017. We are looking for a highly collaborative Infrastructure Project Manager who will be responsible for the management and overall execution of the infrastructure projects of this multi-billion dollar disaster recovery program. In this crucial role, you'll oversee and optimize the flow of services and information within Jacobs and the US Virgin Islands program. Based at the client site in the US Virgin Islands, you'll be responsible for managing and collaboration with the project teams and overall program delivery for the infrastructure sector. This will include the management of the project stakeholders, project development from conception through completion in accordance with the program objectives and coordination of infrastructure managers across all projects. You will manage, provide oversight, and facilitate resolution to complex project related challenges.

Our client in Dallas, Texas, US is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager to oversee critical cloud infrastructure initiatives. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional adept at managing complex, cross-functional projects from conception through to successful execution. You will be instrumental in driving the strategy, planning, and delivery of large-scale cloud deployments, migrations, and optimizations, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term technological vision and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of cloud computing principles (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure as code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices. Your responsibilities will encompass defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables; developing detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies; and managing stakeholder expectations across engineering, operations, and business units.
You will lead and mentor project teams, facilitate effective communication, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major cloud infrastructure programs.
- Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular program status updates.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in program delivery processes.
- Mentor and guide project managers and technical leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years focused on cloud infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and DevOps principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
