This job is responsible for leading the planning, designing, and implementation of complex infrastructure solutions to meet deployment requirements aligned with available playbooks and technical blueprints. Key responsibilities include providing and communicating technology solutions across audiences and overseeing projects and activities related to special initiatives or operations. **Responsibilities:**

+ Position Summary
+ The Network Access Management (NAM) role focuses on securing and controlling access to network resources to mitigate security risks and enforces compliance and regulatory requirements. The applicant will collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and business teams to enforce and optimize IAM frameworks, technologies, and best practices.
**Key Responsibilities** :
+ Access Management Support of End User Access Network
+ Cisco Wired/Wireless LAN, Palo Alto CloudGenix (SD-WAN)
+ Provide Privileged Access reports on all Network Services AITs to Senior Leadership as directed upon request
+ Assist in gathering evidence for audit documentation when requested.
+ Review and approve ARM requests as appropriate when they adhere to GIS rules and IAM Standards.
+ Review and approve eligibility rules in the Business Rules Engine (BRE) tool as appropriate in compliance with GIS rules and IAM Standards.
+ Review and approve new entitlements/permissions in the Permission Catalog (PCAT) tool as appropriate in compliance with GIS rules and IAM Standards.
+ Work with automation teams to create automated reporting for Access Reviews (Pilot's License) and automated onboarding of network devices to CyberArk.
+ Work with senior team members to validate impacts and communicate all impacts to internal stakeholders and leadership.
+ Promote and enforce production governance during triage/testing and fix efforts, exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
+ Adhere to global design authority processes and procedures.
+ Assemble professional documents based on existing templates and ability to provide accurate work descriptions with assumptions, and caveats.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 1-3 years of Networking with Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, and load balancers.
+ 1-3 years with Access Control Systems: Experience with IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions, Active Directory and Cisco ISE.
+ Strong understanding of IAM policies, standards, and best practices.
+ Must have experience of Microsoft Office including creation of pivot tables and VLOOKUP
+ Authentication Protocols: Knowledge of RADIUS, TACACS+, LDAP and SAML.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management.
+ Demonstrates ownership: Is accountable and can hold others accountable (professionally)
+ Experience operating with colleagues across different time zones with a flexible approach to working hours (ability to work varied hours) to successfully interact and communicate on a global level.

This position is in the Secure Network Service Transformation and Innovation team and will be leading our Global Network Infrastructure Standards Process team. The person will be responsible for managing a team doing technical reviews of our design/certification and managing the release of these technical documentation. This is a critical role to make sure we are not releasing a solution which can cause risk to our environment.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Manage and develop teams of individual contributors and managers in roles with moderate complexity and risk maintaining the enterprise network
+ Collaborate with network engineers and Information Technology Team to design and implement the company's network infrastructure, resolving advanced support issues
+ Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the Network Engineering function
+ Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
+ Manage network, delegate tasks and ensure networking team performs as a cohesive unit, maintaining the stability and performance of network
+ Determine appropriate strategy and actions of Network Engineering team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables
+ Interpret and develop policies and procedures for Network Engineering functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
+ Create and implement network security measures
+ Develop a backup disaster recovery plan for a network emergency
+ Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including managers
+ Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in Network Engineering
+ Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 6+ years of Network Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 3+ years of management or leadership experience.

+ Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skill
+ Knowledge and understanding of network infrastructure systems (including Firewalls, Load Balancers, Routers, Switches, HSM, PKI and Wireless).
+ Knowledge of infrastructure capabilities and solutions.
+ Knowledge and practical experience with various vendors platforms: Arista, F5, Checkpoint, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet and encryption technologies.
+ Provide solutions analysis and consulting services to several internal Lines of Business, including other technology teams as well as customer-facing business units.
+ Knowledge and understanding of technology production support.
+ Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Knowledge and understanding of connectivity, design, and general practices of maintaining production network environments.
+ Ability to manage initiatives including detailed planning, process management, and documentation.
+ Strong critical thinking skills, consistent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines amidst competing priorities. Knowledge of infrastructure capabilities and solutions.
+ Understanding need to include how we do testing and certification on them.
+ Experience working in a large enterprise environment
+ BS/BA degree or higher in information technology or equivalent work experience accepted
+ Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
+ Ability to manage initiatives including detailed planning, process management, and documentation
+ Experience in process Improvement, solution implementation, and change management
+ Experience managing RSCA Controls and working with audit.
