**Job Duties** : Will be assisting with all phases of precast concrete production. Will be helping build forms, tie rebar, strip forms, move materials around the facility, and perform general cleanup. On the job training will be provided for candidates with less experience.
**Requirements:** At least one year of any sort of labor experience is required. Any precast or construction experience is preferred.Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Candidates with other outdoor labor experience will also be considered.

This role involves sorting, lifting, catching, and packaging tile while ensuring quality control. You will be responsible for stacking tile from a pallet onto a conveyor, as well as cleaning tasks when the line is not running. The work is extremely messy and requires the ability to get wet and dirty.
