Responsibilities may include the following:

• Starting assembly and production machinery at the beginning of a shift.

• Affixing labels, company logos, and other exterior details to products.
• Packaging completed products and preparing for shipment.
• Unloading, organizing, and stocking shipments.
• Reporting issues or problems to supervisors.
• Following all safety guidelines and wearing safety gear (such as goggles, gloves, and helmets).
• Ensuring all production deadlines are met.

Aerotek is hiring Concrete Production Workers for a precast company in Post Falls!
**Job Duties** : Will be assisting with all phases of precast concrete production. Will be helping build forms, tie rebar, strip forms, move materials around the facility, and perform general cleanup. On the job training will be provided for candidates with less experience.
**Requirements:** At least one year of any sort of labor experience is required. Any precast or construction experience is preferred.Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Candidates with other outdoor labor experience will also be considered.

**Work Environment**
The facility is an old industrial building with large, dusty, and dirty equipment, creating an intimidating environment. The job is very dirty, with exposure to dust, glaze, and water. Face masks are required in areas with silica exposure, and employees will be test-fitted for respirators. Working near kilns can make the environment quite hot.

Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

This position involves working on the assembly line of a major cabinet manufacturer. You will be responsible for assembling cabinets, which may include placing shelves or hinges on cabinets, using hand tools, and working in various departments such as the door department. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cabinets using hand tools.

• Install shelves and hinges on cabinets.

• Participate in door department tasks.

• Perform sanding and painting of products.

• Operate machinery as required.

• Complete any additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Experience with general labor and production tasks.

• Proficient in using hand tools.

• Ability to perform assembly tasks efficiently.

• Familiarity with machine operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.

• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

Work in a large, clean, and temperature-controlled production facility with 500 employees. You will be building cabinets and doors in a wood production environment. The shift is Monday through Friday, 6am to 2:30pm, with opportunities for overtime and no weekend work.
