**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks in the shop, including industrial painting, woodworking, and the shipment of products.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform general duties in the shop, including industrial painting using a spray gun.
+ Engage in woodworking and prepare products for shipment.
+ Handle small shipments through UPS/FedEx packaging.
+ Utilize and maintain documentation within the EPICOR ERP system.
+ Assist with shipping and receiving duties.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with production and industrial painting.
+ Proficiency in using a spray gun for painting.
+ Familiarity with EPICOR ERP systems.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in inventory management.
+ Ability to maintain detailed documentation.
