+ Will have a key role in managing projects, clients, training staff and providing waterfront/marine engineering expertise.
+ PM will be involved with preparing reports, drawings and overseeing waterfront permit applications.
+ Lead and review advanced structural and geotechnical engineering analyses for waterfront infrastructure projects.
+ Manage design efforts for a range of coastal and marine structures including bulkheads, seawalls, pile-supported platforms, breakwaters, revetments, stabilized embankments, and mechanically stabilized earth systems.
+ Guide the preparation and submission of regulatory permit applications for waterfront development, including those required by NYSDEC, USACE, and NYC Small Business Services.
+ Oversee the development of technical reports, construction documentation, and project-related correspondence.
+ Direct field investigations, structural inspections of waterfront facilities, and provide engineering oversight during construction activities.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Develops, engineers, and prepares ship machinery and propulsion systems.
+ Designs and oversees installation and repair of marine power plants, propulsion systems, heating and ventilating systems, and other mechanical and electrical equipment in ships, docks, and marine facilities.

Experienced Marine Engineer with extensive knowledge of ship systems and machinery to assist with projects and provide valuable industrial and operational insights. Responsible for providing support to new vessel design at the vessel-specific level and program level in the areas of safety systems and risk reduction and management for shipboard systems with a focus on mission systems.
