Department Overview
The mission of Global Strategic Insights is to connect human truth with business strategy to drive growth. The Manager, Innovation Insights, will be responsible for coordinating and managing the insight for identifying and validating Innovation opportunities utilising foundational tools (Menu Architecture, Customer Journeys Insights, Occasion segmentation), continuous sources as well as foresight. They will work closely with a range of stakeholders across Marketing, Digital and the newly formed Restaurant Experience team, incorporating Strategic Innovation & Planning, Category Management, Restaurant Design, Restaurant Development, Operations and Supply Chain to identify innovation opportunities that unlock step changes in Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX) and support teams as they innovate and validate solutions.
Duties
This role will report directly into the Director of Innovation Insights & Foresight with a dotted line to the Senior Director of Human and Innovation Insights
Key Responsibilities:
+ Synthesize insight from foundational tools (e.g. Menu Architecture, Customer Journey Insights, Occasion segmentation), continuous sources (Market data, CSAT, Brand Equity Tracker) and when relevant execute fresh research, to identify and prioritize a pipeline of innovation opportunities - focused on the most valuable problems to solve to unlock step changes in Customer Experience and Employee Experience
+ Partner with the Foresight Manager to ensure that prioritized innovation efforts address key consumer shifts
+ Partner with stakeholders across the Global Restaurant Experience to develop and execute learning plans that support the development, testing and validation of solutions that address innovation opportunities - with a particular focus on CX, EX and the Beverages Category
+ Own the Global Digital and Value Tracker aimed at providing a consistent measurement of how consumers are engaging with priority platforms and features
+ Manage relationships with existing insight vendors, work to continuously improve efficiency and value of existing tools, act as an advocate for agile insights tools & methodologies and where relevant identify more effective and agile innovation research methodologies to employ
Qualifications
+ Degree in business, ideally with marketing/consumer research qualification
+ 5+ years of experience in consumer insights roles either client-side or agency-side, proficient with a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and tools
+ Strong data and analytics toolkit
+ Expertise identifying and solving consumer-centric problems; proficiency in creating methods to address current and future customer needs through insights
+ Expertise working with customer data, including sourcing, analyzing, and shaping customer data to form actionable business strategies
+ Strong commercial acumen, experience in using commercial data and working with commercial teams to identify and size opportunities. Strong understanding of market insight data.

As a key member of the Payer Contract Analytics team within APEX, the individual in this role will work on the Market Access and Patient Services (MAPS) team will be responsible for supporting the Market Access function at AbbVie. The primary job responsibility is to perform contract data analytics to provide insights for AbbVie's key Payer customer(s) across multiple channels of pharmaceutical businesses such as the Commercial Insurance channel, Medicare and Medicaid Channels.

Key Job Responsibilities
Responsible for working with hiring manager to perform payer contract analysis, communicate results/ recommendations from analysis across therapeutic areas to improve gross-to-net sales performance while ensuring the quality and accuracy of all analytical results. Key areas of functional scope include:

Job Description
This role is integral to our ambition to further strengthen our market position in Retina. You will be responsible for strategic planning, leading the Retina cross-functional team to ensure effective positioning and seamless collaboration across our international teams to support continued brand growth and excellence.
Reporting to the International Retina International Brand Team Lead, you will drive the successful execution of brand initiatives, support the ongoing growth of the Retina business, and foster collaboration with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence across our international markets. The candidate will work closely with a matrixed organization, including (but not limited to): market access, medical affairs, finance, regulatory, legal, supply operations, health economics, clinical development, R&D, public affairs, medical and regulatory review, patient relations, business insights, OEC, and sales training.
This position requires a highly motivated, team-oriented individual dedicated to making an impactful difference for our retina patients. It's an exciting opportunity to further strengthen global brand experience in a competitive market while collaborating with a world-class team.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage International Marketing Manager
+ Lead the Strategic Brand Planning process for on market retina assets
+ Lead the Cross-Functional Tactical planning process
+ Support and oversee the defined strategic workstreams, thus delivering on the execution of Functional plans
+ Leadership and collaboration into the Area structures to drive consistent implementation of International strategy, with an emphasis on collaborating with the Area Commercial Directors and Business Unit Directors/Marketing Leads in target affiliates. 
+ Co-create acceleration strategies with Affiliates and Area teams to ensure appropriate resourcing and investment.
+ Establish clear growth criteria and ensure that all stakeholders are adequately trained to maximize assets through effective communication, training, and support. 
+ Collaborate and lead by example with cross functional and cross geographic teams to generate effective brand strategies and tactical plans to deliver business results. 
+ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to inform strategies and tactics.
+ Motivate, excite, and align the Abbvie organization behind the product and the future growth potential, explore future opportunities in collaboration with AbbVie Global Governance bodies, including the Global Brand Team and Asset Strategy Team 
+ Lead ACE Brand readiness
+ MABI point of contact per TA
+ Portfolio Budget Management in collaboration with Global Finance leads 
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required MBA desired
+ Deep Marketing Leadership experience at the Global or Area level, with leadership / indirect leadership of cross-functional teams
+ Eyecare experience is preferred
+ Experience in strategic launch and tactical planning in a matrix environment, including strategy formulation, competitive and customer analysis, tactical program development, budget formulation and management, and proven strategy execution skills
+ Excellent communication skills required to gain internal trust and support for strategic imperatives and operational programs at global area and local level, and the ability to gain group consensus in a team environment that values analysis and data-based decisions
+ Excellent teamwork skills with proven ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines to ensure launch success and ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership

As a Strategy Manager, on the Marketing Transformation team, you are responsible for collaborating with product, data, tech and marketing teams to develop a comprehensive transformation agenda and roadmap. Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to build a comprehensive transformation roadmap; organize work into horizons with clear milestones
  • Define strategic objectives and desired outcomes for marketing transformation.
  • Collaborate with the process transformation team to prioritize capabilities and track adoption metrics for last-mile success.
  • Work alongside LOB transformation leads to identify common pain points / problems to solve in partnership with product/tech

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • 10+ years work experience in martech
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, product, engineering or related field
  • Fluent in product ops, marketing ops, martech/tech, data, and AI capabilities
  • Demonstrated track record of building roadmaps and working across matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to influence and drive collaboration across teams.
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior leadership.
