**WHAT YOU'LL DO:**
+ **Define & Track Critical Data Elements (CDEs)** : Work with stakeholders to identify and build out documentation on critical data elements for marketing, ensuring they are well-understood across the organization.
+ **System & Process Analysis** : Understand specific processes and upstream systems that influence the marketing Critical Data Elements, document the data flows and recommend governance process improvements
+ **Cross-functional Collaboration** : Work closely with marketing, sales operations, sales governance, data engineering, enterprise governance, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on data governance practices.
+ **Support Stakeholder Awareness:** Work with the broader Data Governance team to ensure stakeholders are aligned and aware of data quality metrics and governance measures.
+ **Governance Framework Development** : Build a governance framework focused on marketing data and aligned with broader governance team.
+ **Provide Recommendations** : Proactively provide recommendations to improve data quality and ensure adherence to data standards.
+ **Data Lineage Documentation** : Develop and maintain data lineage documentation for key sales and marketing datasets to ensure transparency and traceability of data across systems.
+ **Drive Training and Education** : Support and deliver training sessions for marketing and sales teams to improve data literacy and understanding of data governance practices.
+ **Data Stewardship** : Act as a data steward for sales & marketing, work with relevant stakeholders to identify and develop corrective action plans and preventive measures to maintain data quality.
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:**
+ You'll have a Bachelors degree or equivalent.
+ Proven track record of implementing and supporting data governance frameworks.
+ Knowledge of CRM, Sales and Marketing platforms a plus!
+ Business Analysis skills and ability to understand complex systems and data flows
+ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially in marketing and sales domains.
+ Excellent communication skills with an ability to convey complex data concepts to a variety of stakeholders

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Microsoft Office suite/applicable software program(s) proficiency
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Experience with process improvement methodologies.
+ Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
+ Familiarity with systems used to manage claims inquiries and adjustment requests
+ Understanding of billing and coding procedures
+ Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace claims
