Blinds To Go is seeking a data-driven and analytical professional to perform ongoing analysis on regional marketing performance, testing and customer insights. This person is responsible for understanding the regional market landscape, including marketing trends and local competition to provide feedback/collaborate with other Marketing Managers for optimization of marketing strategies for each region. Key Responsibilities: · Plan and execute regional marketing strategies across multiple channels including digital, print, email, event and social media; driving retail foot traffic and direct to consumer leads. · Use advertising data, marketing research and competitor analysis to find the right media mix and investment on a per market basis. · Establish relationships with regional sales teams and provide timely sales enablement resources to support the business. · Establish and actively manage baseline reports that monitor performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns in order to recommend actionable and strategic improvements. · Daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency across all marketing and digital channels. · Analyze PPC and SEO metrics, including organic/paid traffic and keyword performance, to identify opportunities for growth. · Assist with return on investment (ROI) analysis to support strategic planning, vendor performance, and budget planning. · Contribute test ideas, execute test strategies, analyze test data and document test results. · Ability to explain and present data and technical concepts in easy-to-understand ways with excellent written, oral and illustrative skills. Position Overview
LightBox is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead the strategy and execution of high-impact marketing programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate (CRE), financial services, or a related industry, combined with a proven track record of executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
This role requires a programmatic thinker with a hands-on approach to demand generation, content marketing, digital strategy, and sales enablement. The Marketing Director will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement a results-driven marketing plan that supports business growth, customer acquisition, and brand positioning.
- Lead integrated marketing programs across digital, content, email, social media, and events to generate high-quality leads and accelerate the sales pipeline.
- Drive the execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging, design, and positioning across all marketing efforts.
- Work with the Digital Marketing to plan and execute SEO, paid media, and digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and inbound lead generation.
- Leverage data analytics to optimize marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Demand Generation & Sales Alignment
- Drive demand generation programs that nurture leads, enhance engagement, and convert prospects into customers.

Brand & Content Marketing
- Lead content marketing initiatives that position LightBox as a thought leader in CRE and financial technology.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, working closely with creative and content teams to maintain a strong market presence.
- Incorporate public relations efforts, media partnerships, and industry influencer engagement to enhance LightBoxs credibility and reach.
Events & Industry Engagement
- Work with the events team to drive event marketing strategy, including sponsorships, trade shows, and webinars, to create engagement with key industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging in-person and virtual event experiences that generate business opportunities.
- Build relationships with CRE associations, financial institutions, and industry leaders to amplify LightBoxs market influence.
Marketing Operations & Performance Analysis
- Own marketing performance metrics, analyzing key KPIs such as lead conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI to inform decision-making.
- Work with the mar-tech team to utilize the marketing technology stack, including CRM, automation tools, and analytics platforms, to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Track to the segment marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on commercial real estate (CRE), financial services, or related industries.
- Proven expertise in marketing program execution , including demand generation, content marketing, digital campaigns, and event marketing.
- Strong understanding of the CRE ecosystem, including investment, lending, and property technology.
- Experience working closely with sales teams and executing successful account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent project management and analytical skills, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for various audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Role:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Director , a new position within the company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies and social media marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing reservations and continuing to build on the stellar reputations of the restaurant brands. Working approximately 75% on strategy, organization and execution, and 25% on content creation/editing, you will also direct and mentor a small creative team.
