Job Description
Esper is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to lead our multi-channel digital marketing programs, reporting to the Head of Growth. This strategic and hands-on role requires deep experience in demand generation, HubSpot administration, SEO, paid media, content creation, video marketing, social media, and events management. You will play a critical role in building brand visibility and generating pipeline across Espers target market.
Compensation

What We're Looking For- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or govtech environments.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, including workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
- Proven track record managing successful Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and tools.
- Experience producing and promoting video content and managing customer advocacy programs.

- Marketing Automation & HubSpot Management: Lead Espers use of HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM sync, segmentation, and reporting. You will manage workflows, nurture streams, lead scoring, and ensure data-driven decision-making across campaigns.
- Ad Programs and Social Media Marketing: Own free and paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Partners. This includes audience targeting, creative optimization, bid management, and reporting aligned to pipeline and CAC goals. Own Espers presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels by planning and publishing consistent, high-impact content. Youll grow our audience, amplify thought leadership, and strengthen community engagement.
- SEO & Website Optimization: Lead Espers SEO strategy to increase organic visibility and website performance. Youll manage technical and content-driven SEO initiatives and ensure alignment with keyword and content plans.
- Content Creation & Design: Collaborate on the creation of high-quality content across formatsblogs, guides, landing pages, ads, emails, and more. Youll use tools like Canva or Adobe Suite to produce visually engaging assets that reflect Espers brand.
- Communications & PR: Support corporate communications and media relations efforts by developing internal updates, announcements, and thought leadership content. Youll contribute to press outreach, award submissions, and brand visibility.
- Video & Customer Marketing: Develop and produce compelling video content that showcases customer success, thought leadership, and product impact. You will lead the video strategyfrom scripting and production to promotionand build scalable customer marketing programs that drive retention and advocacy.
- Product Marketing: Translate product features into clear, value-oriented messaging and launch materials. Collaborate with product and sales teams to support go-to-market initiatives and refine positioning.
- Events & Field Marketing: Plan and execute marketing for webinars, conferences, and virtual/in-person events. Youll manage event promotion, lead capture, follow-up strategy, and campaign reporting.
