Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving digital strategy and execution across Texas and North American marketing teams. This role requires strong technical and analytical skills, with expertise in CRM, CMS, SEO, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, social media, lead generation, and customer journey optimization. The manager will collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to plan, execute, and measure digital marketing initiatives. Key Deliverables
Digital Marketing/Lead Management
+ Work in conjunction with Marketing PMs to assist with paid and organic digital tactics including SEO/SEM, database marketing, social marketing, email marketing, quarterly audits and provide general agency/vendor direction to comply with marketing plan and budgets.
+ Manage Salesforce, Pardot and Hubspot CRM to ensure all leads are captured, receiving communications, are distributed to sales, enrolled in correct workflows and that all data and systems are in sync.
+ Assist with execution of adjustments in Salesforce, Pardot and Hubspot including lead scoring, lead nurturing and workflow management. Troubleshoot processes having issues and determine a solution.
+ Liaise with Marketing Managers and the Sales Team to provide additional support in lead nurturing, reporting, data gathering and lead management from Salesforce, Pardot and Hubspot as requested.
+ Consistently meet lead generation goals for the Sales and Marketing team.
+ Assist with setup of new products, communities and system enhancement projects
+ Represent digital marketing team in agency partner meetings.
Website Management
+ Manage websites via CMS platforms such as Sitecore and Wordpress with additional integrated plug-in platforms.
+ Preform site audits monthly for content and system updates. Identify issues and areas for improvement. Execute updates and changes.
+ Collaborate with internal and external partners to make site updates, improvements, adjustments and enhancements as needed.
Sales/Marketing Reporting
+ Gathering and reporting of campaign performance data, online research, online media patterns and onsite traffic using internal and external tools and platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, and GA4, to determine trends and suggest digital marketing adjustments.
+ Ad hoc data quality projects as needed to uphold database integrity. Create custom reports in Hubspot and Salesforce as needed to support projects.
+ Research and provide analytics for executive team as needed using Google Analytics, Hubspot and Salesforce. Develop and manage ad hoc reports in Excel as needed.
+ Provide report summaries and deliver metrics to executive team.
Sales/Marketing Technology
+ Maintenance and testing of websites, tools and other platforms as needed, ensuring that they function as expected and all information is up to date and accurate.
+ Assist in setup/management of internal and customer facing Sales/Marketing tools and platforms.
+ Innovate and improve sales and marketing systems and processes utilizing technology and best practices.
+ Understand, maintain and deploy sales center marketing platforms and technology.
Special Projects and Initiatives
+ Liaising with other Brookfield regions to align Marketing efforts and share best practices.
+ Participate in and/or lead center-led and regional improvement projects for CRM and Website platforms
+ Attend meetings with other teams as needed, keeping detailed notes and providing feedback to the team.
What You Bring
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
+ 4-6 years of related work and people management experience.
+ A very strong work ethic with the ability to work under pressure and deal with a frequently changing workload including varying project parameters and fast-paced situations while delivering on time with a high level of accuracy.
+ Proven team leadership, communication, project management and organization skills are a must.

+ Strong computer application skills with proven proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Advanced Excel abilities, including charts, graphs, complex formula building and macros.
+ Must have a technical aptitude to learn new and or customized programs quickly.
+ CMS experience, specifically with Sitecore, WordPress and common associated plug-ins
+ CRM experience, especially with Hubspot, Pardot and Salesforce.
Nice to Haves
+ Familiarity with basic HTML, survey tools and common WP plug-in tools like Gravity Forms.
+ Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite of tools.
+ Use of Power BI or other reporting applications.
+ Automated mail merge experience and familiarity with Docusign tagging a plus.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $0,000 - 90,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. We're looking for a **Senior Content Marketing Manager** to create compelling, high-quality content that enables our Sales and Marketing teams to engage providers and accelerate the buyer journey. You'll be a creative storyteller who can translate complex healthcare and technology concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
This is an execution-focused role: you'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Go-To-Market partners to develop content that fuels campaigns, supports sales conversations, and strengthens Datavant's thought leadership with provider organizations.
**You will:**
+ Develop and adapt content assets (presentations, case studies, whitepapers, blogs, videos, etc.) that support Sales and Marketing initiatives.
+ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Go-To-Market teams to create content that demonstrates Datavant's value to providers.
+ Partner with stakeholders to produce thought leadership content aligned with provider vertical goals.
+ Maintain and organize the provider-focused content library, ensuring assets are updated and accessible.
+ Manage the editorial calendar for provider-focused content.

**What you will bring to the table:**
+ 4-6+ years of experience in content marketing, writing, or communications (B2B healthcare tech strongly preferred).
