Job Summary

Assists in the production of multimedia presentations that include audio, video and still photography, for online environments, including websites and social media. Assists with establishment, nurturing and maintenance of positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Schedules and coordinates photo shoots. Collaborates with marketing team to select appropriate images for use in college publications and social media channels. Assists with Composing correspondence, media messages, articles, press releases, announcements, presentations, and other oral/written communications to meet the Colleges outreach needs. Assists with the implementation of marketing plans. Assists with the coordination of College events. Assists with development of scripts for television, radio and Internet ads. Assists with community and alumni relations. Participates in community and social events that promote the College. Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite. Completes duties and responsibilities in compliance with college standards, policies and guidelines. Uses interpersonal skills and makes sound judgments to decide how duties and responsibilities are completed between coworkers, the supervisory chain, faculty, staff, students and customers. Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored by Texas Southmost College ( TSC ). We're hiring for a strong and experienced Integrated Marketing Specialist who will be dedicated to executing cross-channel B2B marketing strategies and implementing mutually beneficial initiatives that support Steadily's growth. You are part project manager, marketing coordinator, field marketer, and account manager. This role reports directly to the CMO.

What You'll Do:

  • Campaign and comms execution: Support deployment of cross-channel B2B and automated account management marketing campaigns and nurture flows to drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and sales activity.

  • Co-marketing and enablement: Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to execute campaign collateral in support of partner co-marketing and enablement initiatives. Equip Agents and Partners with material that empowers them to promote and sell Steadily.

  • Support customer lifecycle comms: Own QA, formatting, segmentation and optimization of lifecycle communications to B2B audiences. Ensure accuracy and consistency with brand and compliance standards and platform best-practices.

  • Marketing copy and design: Assist in versioning and updating B2B marketing collateral and communications assets, including brochures, landing pages, webinar decks, social assets, etc for channel distribution.

  • Product marketing: Liaise with internal teams to understand upcoming product releases and build effective comms to support go-to-market strategy.

  • Promotional Items and Shipping Support for Events: Execute logistics for field marketing initiatives, including local meetups, industry events, and activations. Coordinate branded swag and trade show shipments, including packing, tracking and delivery, signage, and regional marketing collateral.

  • Performance measurement & optimization: Generate campaign reports and maintain dashboards to report on the effectiveness of tactics in-market. Monitor data to identify trends or insights to enhance marketing strategy and execution.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experienced: 2-5 years of marketing or account management experience, working across different channels/brand strategies.

  • Anticipatory: Able to interpret and anticipate project needs and act confidently to execute.

  • Project Manager: A keen eye for detail with an emphasis on project management, timelines, and execution.

  • Digitally-Minded: Familiarity with marketing analytics and content key performance indicators.

  • Communicator: Comfortable with communicating key project timelines and requirements, and drafting marketing communications materials as needed.

What You'll Need

As Senior Marketing Specialist, you'll support campaigns, content, events, and internal communications that bring the Accelint brand to life. Duties & Responsibilities

Brand + Content Support
  • Draft and publish content for LinkedIn, newsletters, press releases, and internal comms
  • Coordinate development of marketing materials: slides, case studies, sizzle reels, social assets, one-pagers, etc.
  • Support basic website updates and collaborate with developers for larger builds
Events + Engagement
  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, speaking engagements, hosted events
  • Coordinate logistics - vendors, travel, shipping, on-site needs, post-event recaps
Project Ops & Tracking
  • Maintain marketing task/project tracking systems and calendars
  • Keep our asset library and internal communications up to date and well organized
  • Track and report on campaigns, web traffic, social engagement, content metrics
Strategic Marketing Support
  • Support development of PR and analyst relationships by coordinating briefings, assets, and outreach
  • Assist in gathering buyer insights, competitive intel, and market research
  • Help organize inputs into messaging frameworks, personas, and win stories
  • Support new product launches
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing or comms role (agency or in-house)
  • 2+ years of experience managing event planning and logistics
  • Strong preference for those with experience in defense, national security, GovTech
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
  • Familiarity with MarTech tools like Wordpress, Hootsuite, etc.
