About Dreem Health, by Sunrise
Sunrise Group is building the future of sleep health by combining innovative technology with expert care. Our mission is simple: make better sleep accessible to everyone.
We do this in two ways:
Sunrise: our technology for diagnosis, treatment, and care delivery
Dreem Health: our digital clinic, where patients receive care from sleep specialists
Together, we're tackling one of healthcare's biggest challenges — helping millions of people with sleep disorders get the care they deserve. We're a fast-growing team across the US and Europe, backed by more than $50M (€46M) from leading investors including Amazon's Alexa Fund, Eurazeo, Kurma, and VIVES. If you want to make a real impact in healthcare and help people sleep better, you're in the right place. And if you don't see the perfect role right now, reach out; great people often find their place here.
Your opportunityAs an MD at Dreem Health, you're transforming how sleep care is delivered—bringing high-quality, evidence-based treatment to patients through a modern, fully remote platform. Our clinical model offers the best of both worlds: the flexibility to work from home with no commute or unnecessary admin burden, and the opportunity to make a real impact at scale.
Unlike traditional sleep clinics—where providers are often tied to 36+ hours of patient visits and limited in scope—our clinicians focus on just 20 hours of patient care per week, with additional time dedicated to interpretation, collaboration, and contributing to the growth of our model. You're not just a cog in the wheel—you'll help shape the way sleep medicine is practiced nationally.
We're growing fast and on track to become the largest sleep provider in the U.S. If you're passionate about clinical excellence, excited by innovation, and interested in mentoring the next generation of sleep clinicians, Dreem Health is the place to grow your career.
What you bring- M.D. with a preference of experience in family medicine, ENT, neurology, or anesthesiology
- Must be licensed in CA and at least one additional state
- Board Certified in Sleep Medicine
- 1+ years in sleep medicine or sleep fellowship completion
- Startup mindset: Scrappy, solutions-oriented, and hands-on, with strong clinical training and a "build, test, learn" approach—not bound by traditional care models.
- Comfort in navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-paced environments.
- Proficient with EMRs, digital health tools, and telemedicine platforms.
- A genuine passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes
- Can inspire teams, lead with vision, and guide clinical standards—even without formal authority.
- Works well across teams and stakeholders (product, engineering, ops, marketing) and explains clinical insights in a clear, non-jargon way.
- Open to feedback and co-creating processes with non-clinical teammates.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Adaptability in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment
At Sunrise Group, we're tackling real sleep health challenges that affect millions. We keep things clear and simple , value trust and collaboration
