Job Description
Veterans need assistance for their service-connected disability exams, and we are searching for healthcare providers looking to supplement your income while gaining valuable insight into military culture. You will be conducting disability assessments for veterans in your office. This is a meaningful opportunity to help veterans receive the benefits they've earned while enriching their own practice.
**Note:** **This role does not involve treatment or prescribing medication.** Disability determinations are made by the **U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA),** not by the provider.
**This is a contract position which offers.**
**Supplemental Income:** Earn extra revenue without taking on additional clinical shifts or compromising your current patient load. This opportunity is ideal for providers looking to add to their existing income streams. FULL TIME is also available for those looking to transition out of ongoing patient care.
**Compensation** : *Please note that this position does not involve prescribing or treatment planning.
Pay Range: $136.00 - $264.00 per exam
**Flexible Schedule:** Integrate these assessments into your practice as it suits your availability.
**Predictable scheduling with no on-call duties.**
**Schedule:** 1-5 days per week commitment (M-F, 8:00am - 5:00pm); patients scheduled monthly so you can modify.
Training and ongoing support provided.
**Location:** **MUST have an office within 50 miles of Colorado Springs or Denver, Colrado**

**Qualifications: **
Active US state medical license in good standing/no sanctions
Office where you can conduct exams
Active Malpractice Insurance

**Must have ADA compliant office to conduct patient exams**

**Qualifications:**
A Gen Med Provider may be an MD (Doctor of Medicine), DO (Doctor of Osteopathy), or PA (Physician Assistant), and must be able to provide:
+ Active/Unrestricted license
+ Updated resume/CV _(NPs and PAs must have_ _at least_ _2 years of licensed experience, there are waivers)_
+ Any active certifications relevant to profession for MD/DO (board or not), ANCC or NCCPA board cert (for PA)
+ Degrees conferred within the United States must be from institutions accredited by the LCME, COCA, ACEN, CCNE, or NCCPA
