We are looking for an experienced Women's Health consultant to help support the Consultant education and role development for both internal solution consultants and 3rd parties that support the Oracle Health EHR Millennium solutions. This role is specific to the Women's Health product.As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing and buying teams to ensure visual merchandising aligns with seasonal campaigns and product launches.
- Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize product placement for maximum impact.
- Plan and execute store refreshes and seasonal updates.
- Source and manage props, fixtures, and display materials.
- Ensure all visual merchandising elements adhere to brand standards and maintain a cohesive look and feel across stores.
- Conduct store visits to assess visual merchandising execution and provide feedback.
- Stay informed about current retail design trends and competitor activities.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the retail sector.
- Proven ability to create compelling product displays and store layouts.
- Strong understanding of retail design principles, color theory, and space planning.
- Excellent creative and aesthetic sensibilities.
- Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site capacity.
