**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Job Summary**
Provider Network Administration is responsible for the accurate and timely validation and maintenance of critical provider information on all claims and provider databases (using SQL, Excel, and QNXT). Staff ensure adherence to business and system requirements of internal customers as it pertains to other provider network management areas, such as provider contracts.
**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**
+ Generates and prepares provider-related data and reports (using SQL, Excel and QNXT) in support of Network Management and Operations areas of responsibility (e.g., Provider Services/Provider Inquiry Research & Resolution, Provider Contracting/Provider Relationship Management).
+ Provides timely, accurate generation and distribution of required reports that support continuous quality improvement of the provider database, compliance with regulatory/accreditation requirements, and Network Management business operations. Report examples may include: GeoAccess Availability Reports, Provider Online Directory (including ongoing execution, QA and maintenance of supporting tables), Medicare Provider Directory preparation, and FQHC/RHC reports.
+ Generates other provider-related reports, such as: claims report extractions; regularly scheduled reports related to Network Management (ER, Network Access Fee, etc.).; and mailing label extract generation.
+ Develops and maintains documentation and guidelines for all assigned areas of responsibility.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
**Required Education**
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
**Required Experience**
+ 3-5 years managed care experience, including 2+ years in Provider Claims and/or Provider Network Administration.
+ 3+ years' experience in Medical Terminology, CPT, ICD-9 codes, etc.
+ Access and Excel - intermediate skill level (or higher)
**Preferred Education**

Your Job Responsibilities :
- Decision Support: Collects data and provides analyses related to all aspects of departmental operations, and materials management functions in general. Designs data collection tools and reporting methodology to effectively communicate trends/information related to all aspects of materials management functions. Creates complex query tools and reports based on requests from leadership as necessary.
- Education: Provides end-user training on the Materials Management system. Inservices and trains Materials Management STAFFs needed for system upgrades and enhancements. Assists other departments as needed for training issues related to the system.
- Project Management: Defines and identifies major project opportunities in tandem with department leadership. Plans, assembles and directs project teams. Identifies appropriate resources, assigns individual responsibilities and develops project schedules relative to Materials Management information system projects. Plans and provides leadership and direction for system upgrades and other system activities. Represents MHS in a professional, prudent and ethical manner when working with vendor representatives, thus ensuring good hospital image and supplier relations.
- System Support: Provides ongoing system support for the Materials Management information systems, including interfaces with EDI, fax server, Premier and the MHS G/L. Maintains files and databases, problem solves, develops workarounds, performs upgrades, etc. as required. Works with software vendors to resolve issues when issues arise. Participates in or conducts other Materials Management related projects as assigned.
- Systems Administration: Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the information systems for Materials Management. Plans projects, develops timelines and provides leadership and direction for the overall maintenance of the system. Acts as SQL Server Administrator when necessary. Maintains requisition approval chains and other foundational system tables within all modules of the MMIS (Materials Management, Accounts Payable, Finance, etc.).

**What We're Looking For On Your Resume**
+ 5-7+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator for HRIS platforms, with at least 3-5+ years of direct, in-depth experience specifically administering and configuring SAP SuccessFactors.
+ Deep expertise in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, and Onboarding modules with a good understanding of HR data security principles, role-based permission concepts, and compliance best practices.
+ Proficiency in SuccessFactors tools such as Business Rules Engine, MDF Objects, Reporting/Analytics, and familiarity with Integration Center.

  • Diagnose and resolve SIP, RTP, and PBX-related voice issues

  • Assist with moves, adds, and changes for customer systems

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience supporting VoIP (SIP and RTP)
  • Familiarity with protocol analyzers and interpreting results

  • Experience with open-source SIP-based PBX systems (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Kazoo)
  • Familiarity with VoIP phones (e.g., Grandstream, Yealink, Polycom)
  • Bonus if you have experience with:
    • Working in an ISP/MSP or managed VoIP environment
    • Deploying NetSapiens, 3CX, or PortaOneSIP-based PBX systems (Cisco, Asterisk, Polycom, Yealink)
