Our client is seeking a seeking a skilled and proactive Network Administrator to manage and administer our client’s Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco Cloud Calling technologies and a strong understanding of network and voice architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

·   Administer Webex Calling architecture and Control Hub setup

·   Manage PSTN, dial plans, trunk/route groups, and call routing

·   Deploy services across multiple locations and networks

·   Configure MPP phones, local gateways, and firewall settings

·   Support advanced features: call queues, voicemail, hunt groups, auto attendants

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, O365, VMware) and virtualization/containerization technologies.
• Backup and DR Support: Experience supporting and troubleshooting backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Rubrik and Zerto, ensuring data protection and system resilience.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, routing protocols, and network monitoring tools like SolarWinds.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting 
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Network troubleshooting in data center environments. (Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki)

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Network Leadership and Development

• Oversee the strategic development and expansion of CINQCARE's provider network in the northeast region, recruiting primary care practices, FQHCs, specialty groups such as IPAs and PLEs, and building preferred provider networks to support ACO REACH, MSSP, and payer value-based care programs, prioritizing profitability.

Executive Provider Engagement

• Serve as the primary executive contact for network providers, leading high-level discussions on program participation, contract terms, profitability goals, and strategic alignment across ACO REACH, MSSP, and payer value-based care arrangements.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with provider leaders, educating them on CINQCARE's value-based care frameworks, profitability-driven quality incentives, and profitability goals.
• Resolve complex provider issues, negotiate escalations, and promote collaboration to maximize financial performance and community impact.

Finance and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

• Lead financial oversight of the northeast regional network, managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities at the provider level, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure maximum profitability and sustainability of value-based programs.
• Optimize RCM processes within provider contracts, overseeing claims adjudication (fee reduced claims), reimbursement strategies, and revenue optimization to eliminate leakage and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with finance and HCE teams to analyze regional financial data, implement cost-saving measures, and develop performance-based incentives that enhance profitability while maintaining quality and other performance metrics (e.g. risk adjustment).

Contract Negotiation and Value-Based Contracting

• Direct contract negotiations for fee-for-service, capitation, shared savings, and risk-sharing arrangements, leveraging advanced financial modeling to prioritize profitability and mitigate risks.
• Ensure contracts comply with CMS regulations for ACO REACH and MSSP, as well as payer-specific value-based care requirements, while aligning with CINQCARE's profitability objectives.
• Partner with legal, compliance, and finance teams to draft and amend terms that maximize financial outcomes and support regional growth strategies.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor regional provider performance against financial, quality, and equity benchmarks, using advanced analytics to drive profitability through improved care delivery and cost efficiency.
• Prepare executive-level reports on network performance, profitability metrics, and program compliance for CINQCARE leadership, CMS, and payer stakeholders.
• Leverage financial insights to recommend strategic adjustments, ensuring sustained P&L growth and value-based program success.

Regulatory and Compliance Leadership

• Maintain expert knowledge of CMS guidelines for ACO REACH and MSSP, payer value-based care trends, and federal regulations, including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and HIPAA, to ensure compliance while optimizing profitability.
• Ensure all regional activities promote compliance, adapting to industry changes to sustain program integrity and financial performance.

Cross-Functional and Team Leadership

• Collaborate with market presidents, clinical, quality, finance, and HCE teams to align network strategies with CINQCARE's profitability and clinical goals.
• Mentor and lead a team of network management/recruitment professionals, fostering a culture of financial accountability and innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, or MPH) required.
• Experience:
  • 7+ years in healthcare network management, provider contracting, or regional leadership, with at least 3 years in a director-level or equivalent role.
  • Extensive experience in finance, including P&L management, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, with a focus on driving profitability in healthcare programs.

Our Engineering customer purchased another firm last year. They are in the midst of integrating the two organizations. One of the locations in N.J., is now in need of a Network Specialist to join the team. Because of the integration activities and the fact the team is smaller, this person will do things from imaging laptops and ensuring they are on the new domain to network protocols, Exchange and O365 support and everything in between. This is a team that wears many hats, there's no silod support for this organization so anyone who would be considered should be well-rounded in networking and end user support.
Because of the integration work that is spurring on projects like reimage laptops to the new domain, upgrading the networking eqt., installing Meraki switches, access pts, migration servers to new domains.

Objectives of this role
We are looking for candidates who have a passion for IT Technical Support. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Provide technical support to end-users in a professional manner over the phone, remotely, or in person for a network environment with 200+ users.
- Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root causes and provide technical support when needed.
- Resolve technical issues following standard practice and company-approved protocols.
- Assist and collaborate on IT projects and deployments.
- Travel to field offices occasionally for projects and specific support.
- Willingness to work nights and weekends to support off-hours migration events of mission-critical systems.
- Perform server administration tasks (e.g., user/group, security permissions, group policies, print services); research event-log warnings and errors; and monitor resources to ensure that systems architecture components work together seamlessly.
- Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates, support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory Services, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Group Policies.
- Experience working in a hybrid network environment leveraging on-premises such as Windows 2012/2016/2019.and cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure AD, Exchange 365, Microsoft Intune.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, and Microsoft O365 Suites.
- Experience with laptops, desktops and servers' configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and monitoring.
- Experience with network security, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Experience with network-deployed printers and large-format plotters.
- Experience supporting end users in a professional business environment.
- Experience with deployment automation via scripting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex.
- Experience with wireless systems such as Aruba or Cisco Meraki.

Pay and Benefits

Our client is seeking a seeking a skilled and proactive Network Administrator to manage and administer our client’s Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center environment, and Network Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco Cloud Calling technologies and a strong understanding of network (routing and switching) and voice architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Webex Calling architecture and Control Hub setup
• Manage PSTN, dial plans, trunk/route groups, and call routing
• Deploy services across multiple locations and networks
• Configure MPP phones, local gateways, and firewall settings
• Support advanced features: call queues, voicemail, hunt groups, auto attendants
