We are seeking a highly skilled IT Administrator to support and enhance our IT infrastructure across multiple locations. This role is evenly split between network and systems administration responsibilities and requires deep expertise in Hyper-V, Microsoft Azure, and Cisco environments. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated problem solver with a strong background in security, virtualization, and multi-site network management.
Key Responsibilities:
Systems Administration (50%)
+ Administer and maintain virtualized environments using Hyper-V.
+ Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure cloud services.
+ Perform system upgrades, patching, and backups.

Required Qualifications

+ Ensure load balancing configurations and PKI certificates are backed up in accordance with customer policies.
+ Alert load balancing and reverse proxy customers prior to PKI certificate expiration and assist with certificate renewals as necessary.Create, manage, and troubleshoot load balanced IP address spaces.
+ Develop and implement technical solutions in collaboration with engineers and architects.
+ Provide after-hours support to 24/7/365 IT Operations Center personnel to assist with troubleshooting service outages.
+ Develop and update technical solutions, operating procedures and other documentation for 24/7/365 IT Operations Center personnel to assist with initial troubleshooting and triage efforts.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Experienced in administering and managing F5 load balancer appliances in an enterprise environment.
