**Responsibilities**
Responsible for leading system-wide strategic planning for the ambulatory, post acute and at-home portfolio, inclusive of ambulatory surgery, outpatient imaging, rehabilitation services, pharmacy, urgent care, assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, home health, hospice, palliative care and infusion. Key responsibilities include:
+ Define and oversee financial targets in support of the business goals.
+ Prepare annual operating budget for assigned service areas.
+ Evaluate organizational functions and structure to best determine the allocation and utilization of services.

**Requirements**
Education:
+ Bachelor's degree with 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 5 ofthose years being in leadership/management.
**Additional Preferences**
MBA of MHA preferred
