**POSITION SUMMARY**
Receive, unload, and process deliveries and account for incoming freight based on invoice and receiving reports. Stage merchandise by department, mark appropriately for placement in facility, and deliver merchandise to appropriate department. Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs. Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports to ensure count accuracy. Receive, store, ship, and deliver incoming and outgoing department packages and mail. Secure the receiving room and its contents, ensuring safekeeping of packages. Follow all national, state, and local hazardous material shipping guidelines and regulations. Ship all out-going mail and packages. Verify quantity and condition of packages upon receipt prior to delivery to guest. Communicate with guest regarding received packages. Maintain accurate tracking system on all shipping and receiving transactions, including receiving guest signatures for received packages. Communicate with proper management regarding any loss or damage with packages.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

+ Manages the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, including the receipt, thorough inspection, secure storage, and timely dispatch of equipment and and parts for computer systems and IT facilities.
+ Possesses a deep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and relevant safety regulations.
+ Highly proficient in the safe and efficient use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and certification standards.
+ Collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, transportation providers, and other departments, to ensure seamless and timely movement of goods.
+ Maintains accurate records of all warehouse activities (shipping manifests, receiving reports, inventory transactions) using databases and spreadsheets to track and manage inventory levels with precision.
+ Actively participates in detailed inventory counts and audits, identifies and resolves discrepancies, proactively contributes to continuous improvement, and provides guidance and mentorship to subordinate staff.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, management science, business administration, or related discipline or 4 additional years' experience may be exchanged in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

+ Proven experience with Diplomatic Pouch processes for shipping and receiving materials to/from OCONUS embassies.
+ Demonstrated experience in operating forklifts, with a valid and current forklift certification, or the ability to obtain certification upon hire.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Experience with DoD warehouse systems and equipment as a contractor, civilian, or military personnel. Experience training other personnel on forklift operations and safety.
+ Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
+ Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
**Clearance Requirements:**

Use forklift and pallet jack to move products on and off trucks while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Verify inventory and visually inspect shipments for quality.
**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Read and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped
+ Determine the location of requested items in the warehouse
+ Change over pallets for picking, visually inspect items for damages or flaws
+ Document and report damages to supervisors or leads
+ Pack, seal, and label materials/pallets for shipping using Radio Frequency (RF) scanning equipment to document and verify counts of picked items
+ Alert appropriate leader of any issues with the product or materials and await directions to rectify the problem
+ Help clean and organize the warehouse at the end of the shift
+ Work with other machinery and material handling equipment
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)**
+ Must be able to identify products through reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet identification numbers
+ Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics

We are seeking a E-Commerce Driver, Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our fast growing team. You must have prior warehouse, fulfillment and/or e-commerce experience. You must be passionate about organization, systematization, and self-sufficiency.
You will be expected to assist with monitoring supply levels, re-orders, inventory counts, receiving, packing slip printing, order picking, and fulfillment. You will also engage in delivering orders to wholesale clients, picking up finished products at our manufacturing facility as well as receiving payments on delivery. We are looking for someone seeking to grow in their career, perfecting their craft and elevating into management and senior positions in the company over time.
Requirements:
MUST BE 18+
Chosen candidates must be able to pass the Homeland Security's E-Verify for authorization to work in the U.S. i-9 & W-4 Required
Fluent in English & Spanish
Computer Savvy, comfortable using several online shipping softwares like Shippo, Shopify, UPS, Shipstation, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Whatsapp, Slack
Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
CDL Preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent minimum
Responsibilities:
Drive the company cargo van to drop off and pick up local orders, approximately 50% driving, 50% in fulfillment center
Build and break down boxes, properly pack products for shipping, ensuring the items are secured and properly labeled to reach their destinations.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and work standing up for extended hours
Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the physical space including but not limited, packing, receiving, merchandize and storage areas
Able to count products accurately and must be able to read and recognize product variations for accurate packing and product delivery
Input and update product information including but not limited to returns, damages/defects, refunds, loyalty program and report incidents & complaints.
Assist the warehouse manager in inventory and receiving
Assist with labeling, returns, incoming and outgoing shipments

Mon - Fri Approximately 12:00-1:00PMPM - 6:00-7:00PM with scheduled breaks,
