The role involves a full-time schedule with patient-facing hours, supervision of Advanced Practice Providers, and participation in equitable call rotations. Physicians must be board-certified or eligible, possess an MD or DO degree, and engage in continuous professional development supported by a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Description:

Our model is designed to help solve access, quality, and cost challenges by utilizing a blend of human encounters, interdisciplinary collaboration and state of the art technology.

The Position :

• 1.0 FTE opportunity - 36 patient facing hours/week
• 18 patients per day
• APP supervision requirements
• Equitable call rotation
• EHR - Elation
• Additional clinical duties/expectations/requirements

Qualifications :

• MD or DO degree from fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• Successful completion of Family Medicine residency
• Board Certification or Eligibility in corresponding specialty
• Physician must meet employer credentialing standards

Salary Range:

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience
• Bonus potential (ie productivity, quality, discretionary, etc)
