Here's What You'll Be Responsible For
Initially, you'll team up with a more experienced tech to train on the knowledge and skills you'll need to perform. Once you are up to speed, you'll be the face of the company and critical in providing an excellent experience for our customers.
You'll provide crucial services for our customers' homes and families. Here are the things you'll be responsible for:
• Communicating with the Customer - You'll meet customers who contact us to help solve problems in their homes with their water and plumbing systems.
• Diagnosing the Issue - Once you thoroughly investigate and diagnose the issue, you'll offer the homeowner options to solve the problem.
• Completing Whole Home Plumbing Inspections - You'll offer and conduct whole home plumbing inspections, discovering other or potential issues. No one likes needing to call a plumber, so our customers appreciate our proactive suggestions to solve major problems before they happen.
• Providing Repair and Maintenance Services - You'll tag-team with other licensed plumbers on our team who will perform the work only a licensed professional is authorized to do.

Job Requirements
The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this plumber position:

Location: Austin, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday+ rotating weekends
Pay: Hourly or commissioned based pay ($0,000- 130,000)

- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance services in residential and/or commercial settings
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues with accuracy and efficiency
- Install and repair piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, and related components
- Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and service vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, local codes, and company procedures
- Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Other duties as assigned
- Master or Journeyman's license required.
- Minimum 2 years of residential or light commercial Plumbing experience preferred
- Previous plumbing experience (apprentice, journeyman, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or certification a plus
