What You'll Do:

The Nexxen PMP Strategic Planner is responsible for supporting the US Sales team on new and existing partnerships and building on a foundation of campaign strategy and implementation. You will collaborate with the Sales, Publisher Development, Operations, Data, and Marketing teams in the planning of programmatic campaigns across the Nexxen SSP.

As a PMP Strategic Planner, you will:
  • Support the sales team in the pre-sale phase of a programmatic campaign including, but not limited to custom sitelist creation, inventory forecasting, pricing recommendations and approvals, feasibility checks, and SSP capabilities

The **Senior Associate, Project Engineer** will primarily be responsible for engineering and design of photovoltaic solar systems, including solar paired with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), solar only, or BESS only. The Senior Associate Engineer will participate in activities leading to the successful execution and delivery of solar and BESS projects. The Senior Associate Engineer will work within the Project Engineering & Execution team, adhering to company design standards and quality for completing designs of Photovoltaic and battery storage systems. They will seek to improve upon company standards when possible and consistently deliver engineering assignments on time and on budget. The Senior Associate Engineer's secondary responsibility is to review solar and battery energy storage system engineering and design, modeling, and performance data submitted to the Project Engineering & Execution team for evaluation and consideration by outside design companies or other team members. In reviewing such information, the Senior Associate Engineer will seek to protect the Company against errors, omissions and oversight, document all sources of due diligence, and keep records of same. Once a project is contracted, the Senior Associate Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the seamless transfer of projects to the Project Manager (PM) for construction management and providing support to the PM as required throughout the construction process. The Senior Associate Engineer should be capable of producing AutoCAD drawings suitable for interconnection, permitting, and construction.

**About the role**
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing consulting services to our global technology client's data center accounts to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Acting as Owner's Rep., the candidate will manage the design & pre-construction of HV/MV electrical substations for large hyperscale data centers across North America. The SPM will facilitate "page-turn design reviews" and substation equipment fabrication reviews at 30%, 60%, and 100% levels of completion.
This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. The Sr. Project Manager provides oversight of the design process from the substation basis of design stage through issuance of construction drawings.
**What you'll do**
Author a design and/or design and build scopes of work for substation contracts and gain agreement from internal team members.
Manage proposal reviews, and issue and administer contracts and contracts award.
Facilitate planning and kickoff workshops with internal & external collaborators.
Facilitate design reviews in partnership with external partners. Lead large scale workshops as necessary.
Track of cost, schedule, progress and scope. Provide health reporting on cost, schedule, scope and progress.
Build optimal design teams from matrixed internal collaborators and the strategic procurement of external partners.
Change management for project scope and design contracts.
Coordinate design activities with procurement and construction.
Ensure the issuance of engineering information in clear communication with all internal team members and external partners.
Support in design risk evaluation, risk management and budget control throughout the product life cycle.

Provide / gather cost estimates working with subs and other vendors for scope gaps and changes. Ensure QA/QC process is being followed and report any issues/gaps.

Position Summary:

  • Participate in the review of proposed venue drawings related to the NBA Arena Standards, advise on solutions, and conduct on-site surveys, as needed. Monitor project concerning schedule and procedures and implement actions necessary to maintain or improve, as possible.
  • Actively contribute and assist with the determination of the viability of facilities - both domestic and international in order to establish eligibility to host non-traditional neutral site games and NBA Global Games, as well as consult on best practices and efficiencies for other NBA affiliate league Venues, including the WNBA and GLeauge.
  • Advance and implement NBA Venue initiatives including, but not limited to; the NBA Arena Standards, the Venue Environmental Support System, NBA Arena Database and operational site surveys as well as near-term and long-term arena guidelines impacting all NBA games and events, including policies and procedures regarding critical building systems and game-time preparedness.
  • Develop processes and establish a protocol in coordination with arena general managers and facility management representatives to ensure NBA venues are in compliance with strategic operational and development guidelines as well as maintain validated methodology and concise quantitative data collection and analysis for arena operations matters.
  • Work cross-departmentally to understand the day-to-day goals of each key discipline.
  • Research, analyze and monitor trends and advancements in the industry to improve and progress venue and operational strategies and implement new initiatives.
  • As needed, serve as an on-site facilities representative for marquee NBA events including All Star Weekend, NBA Finals and NBA Global Games providing event support, venue expertise and internal/external coordination to ensure that venues adhere to NBA facility requirements.

Required Education/Professional Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Sports Management, Facility Management, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in venue operations, construction project management, or facilities development, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.

About the Role: The Brand & Demand team is currently looking for a project management and strategy contractor to support the brand strategy and execution of integrated marketing initiatives. The Brand & Demand team is responsible for driving brand awareness among key audiences through integrated brand campaigns. In this role you will work closely across the Marketing team to project manage large-scale brand campaigns and high priority marketing initiatives in key markets. You will help map out go-to-market plans for campaigns that involve several stakeholders across the business, keeping the team organized. You will work closely with internal and external teams to uphold desired frameworks, briefs, calendars, goals, timelines and report on campaign KPIs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a bias for action and experience managing matrixed projects to ensure seamless execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the Brand & Demand team in managing weekly cross marketing team meetings, integrated campaign calendars + agendas
  • Support internal teams with maintenance of internal trackers and documents
  • Project management of timelines as it relates to campaign execution from briefing to creative development to launch
  • Coordination with external agencies to set clear agendas and check ins
  • Partnering with marketing stakeholders to ensure visibility
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, ensuring all channel owners are inputting into reports
  • Support with legal review and other internal approvals at it relates to marketing materials
  • Liase with internal account teams to track restaurant marketing needs for broader brand campaigns
