Eligibility Requirements

  • Experiences in AML/KYC customer due diligence, control, and regulatory program related process and/or projects are preferred.
  • Knowledge of global KYC/CIP requirements (for UK, US, Germany, Hong Kong, Singapore etc.) supporting international institutional and wealth management businesses desired
  • Knowledgeable with Jira and agile methodologies
  • Experience in business analysis and working with diverse teams and competing interests for requirements gathering and analyzing technical trade-offs
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $120K-$150K.   • A minimum of 3 years experience in a Process Improvement role and a track record of successful continuous improvement projects. Experience with process improvement in transactional processes is preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Proficiency in data analysis required to make effective decisions as well as a high comfort level in operating with and making recommendations with partial information
  • Strong written communication skills and experience with using document writing to communicate project plans or strategy
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Degree in a quantitative field a plus
  • Good organizational, project management, and people skills, including a proven experience communicating key value messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize, problem solve, multitask, and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace with a bias towards action.
  • Strong soft skills, including the ability to face challenges with a positive attitude.

Compensation:

The salary pay range for this position is a base pay of $125,400 - $137,900+; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.

What you'll do
  • Ensure a safe work environment for all employees, allowing quality production with optimal efficiency. Performs risk analysis on processes and job functions.
  • Deliver production requirements according to schedule and plan through coaching and mentoring operators both real-time on the floor and providing thought leadership feedback during review periods.
  • Drive the improvements in performance through OEE data, interpretation, live floor experience - driving Lean process initiatives as set forth by Plant Leadership.
  • Creates and oversees standardized production procedures and develops process work instructions; must maintain the work instructions as the business grows.
  • Assesses plan and equipment requirements and machinery layout to create an optimized workflow.
  • Closing the open areas of Work Instructions and SOPs on new products and equipment as it is being started or brought into the manufacturing facility.
  • Develops best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
  • Incorporates 5s+1 Methodology in process methods and lean manufacturing systems.
  • Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor and material costs, estimating future costs.
  • Develops programs for activity concentration on specific functions resulting in improvements. E.g., project management for efficiency and yield increases.
  • Monitor all established quality and quantity specifications for compliance before use in processing. Assist maintenance and engineering with the system operation, PM's and upgrades.
  • Collaborates with Colleagues on issues like cost projections and reduction, work with engineering team to develop, configure, and optimize manufacturing processes from inception through start-up and on-going production by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.

Job Overview:

The Process Improvement Specialist Lead plays a key role in leading and supporting strategic initiatives that drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. The Lead role will be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities, developing actionable solutions, managing data and analytics infrastructure, and coordinating project execution efforts across departments. This role combines project management, data-driven analysis and action-oriented decision-making. It requires cross-functional coordination to improve operational efficiency, enhance patient experience, and ensure execution of key transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, Lean methodology experience, and strong oral and written communication skills.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead project portfolio and collaborate with cross-departmental teams with use of Lean tools, change management methodology and data insights in the areas of:
    • Operational flow
    • Clinical workflow
    • Quality measure workflow
    • Patient experience
    • Medical cost optimization
    • Capacity optimization
    • Revenue cycle optimization
    • Variance reduction across sites
    • Etc.
  • Act as lead facilitator and project manager in multidisciplinary projects to develop and implement processes, managing key stakeholder priorities while creating buy-in for shared goals
  • Use data analysis methods and tools to uncover operational insights supporting key organization goals and translate into project designs, implementation of improvements and sustainment framework
  • Design KPI monitoring frameworks based on project or initiative needs, with familiarity with business intelligence and data analysis tools
  • Create and communicate ideas / plans / proposals / strategies to various stakeholders in both written and oral formats
  • Design and implement internal structures for continuous and optimized operation of Transformation Team to support organization goals
  • Coach and guide junior process improvement specialist on application of Lean methodology to key projects 

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated application of Lean methodology to business workflow optimization with quantified results
  • Strong management skills with experience in developing junior process improvement specialists or similar roles
  • High degree of competence in data analysis to identify actionable insights and opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in process improvement role with demonstrated projects with quantified outcomes in healthcare setting
  • Mandarin / Cantonese speaking ability preferred
