Vendor Management

  • Oversee execution of hang tags, polybags, and polymer production
Cross-Functional Communication
  • Act as a central point of contact for production updates across teams (design, marketing, logistics, operations)
  • Provide consistent updates on sample deliveries, production timelines, and potential roadblocks
  • Ensure production and marketing timelines are aligned, especially around launch dates and photoshoot needs
  • Track multiple SKUs across concurrent timelines.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in apparel production (activewear or athleisurepreferred)
  • Experience managing communication with factories and vendors
  • Familiarity with full-cycle product development development, sourcing, and garment construction.
  • Knowledg of cost structure, DDP pricing, and invoice tracking.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and production tracking tools (Asana a plus)
  • Experience working closely with design, technical design, logistics, and customer service teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable manahing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
