**Essential Functions:**
+ **Safety Leadership:** -Ensure employee physical well-being and safety by promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture.

+ **Inventory Management:** -Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct routine cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
+ **ISO Compliance:** -Maintain necessary records, communications, SOPs, and work instructions for manufacturing.
**Qualifications:**
**Education:**
+ **Bachelor's Degree required:** Engineering or other technical discipline preferred
+ **Master's Degree preferred**
**Work Experience:**
+ **5+ years:** Required experience in manufacturing, preferably in engineering, production planning, or management, with proven supervisory skills
+ **Experience in industrial maintenance:** Required, including evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery
+ **Experience in similar manufacturing plants:** Preferred, especially in chemical, ceramic, or food plant types
**Practical/Technical Knowledge:**
+ **Leadership and Team Management:** Required, with the ability to influence, manage, and motivate others
+ **Process Optimization and Problem-Solving Skills:** Required
+ **Interpersonal Skills:** Required, with the ability to build cooperative working relationships
+ **Computer Skills:** Required, proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is **13% of base salary** based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is ** 115,000-TTC to 160,000-TTC** . Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
