DescriptionThe Filament Winding Line Support Operator is responsible for all poles and processes associated with Filament Winding, curing, extracting, prepping mandrels, assembly and to include, but not limited to sanding, prepping, and painting. This person will be accountable for the manufacturing, safety, quality, and efficiency of the poles. This position will also help in any other area of the manufacturing plant as needed.Available Shifts:Days | Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Compensation:GEOTEK's compensation model is skill-based, and starting pay levels are determined by previous experience and transferable skills. ABOUT THE ROLE
Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts depending on the department
Your Typical Day:
As an Entry-Level Food Production Team Member, you'll gear up in your uniform and join your team on the production line each day. Your main tasks involve using a knife to cut and process pork products with precision, ensuring every piece meets our high standards. Working in a cold environment, you'll consistently stay on your feet, keeping the line moving smoothly and efficiently. It's a fast-paced, physically demanding role, but you'll end each day knowing you've played a crucial part in producing something meaningful.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- Production experience
- Cutting experience
- Ability to stand 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Willingness to use kitchen equipment such as knives
