• Monitor production data and generate performance reports to drive actionable insights
• Collaborate across departments to address challenges and meet customer expectations

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma required; college coursework or technical training a plus
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven supervisory experience with a strong leadership style
• OSHA Safety Certification required
• CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) and CMS (Certified Manufacturing Specialist) highly desirable
