**Overview**
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Operations Center (NOC) defends, manages, and monitors the network operating status and cyber security posture of the VA by providing the day-to-day management, monitoring, operations, and configuration of the Trusted Internet Connection (TIC) Gateways, the delivery of enterprise security systems and services, the conduct of threat and vulnerability analysis, the validation of adequate security controls within the enterprise, and the full range of functions across the spectrum of activities relating to incident management, incident response and enterprise network management.
**Responsibilities**
GovCIO is currently hiring a Project Coordinator to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Project Management team and VA Executive staff on day-to-day operations, assist project plans on meeting deadlines, and reaching milestones along with collaboration with other team managers and stakeholders to establish efficient team utilization.
Responsibilities
+ Organizes and visualizes NEDIIS organizational team's work
+ Captures notes, themes, and action items from meetings and discussions and determines next steps
+ Interact daily with GovCIO Project Managers and VA Executive management to interpret their needs and requirements.
+ Collaborate on road map to lay out short- and long-term goals and account for deviations resulting in potential schedule changes
+ Maintain existing and develop new processes and procedures to improve intra and inter-team operability and communication.
+ Enforce GovCIO, VA NOC, and intra-team policies and performance standards.
+ Liaison between different different pillars within the VA Organization pillars as well as NEDIIS Organizational Pillars
+ Monitor tasks and project status.

The Field Services Project Coordinator will coordinate and dispatch technical resources for nationwide professional services engagements. This position will plan site installations, schedule resources, manage onsite escalations, track hours and budget, review deliverables and maintain quality control for assigned projects. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Project Management Manager position is $115,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the Project Management Manager position is $130,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
