The **Senior Manager, Project Execution** role will oversee the estimating, planning, and execution of projects assigned, taking ultimate responsibility for the key deliverables on each project. The **Senior Associate, Project Engineering and Execution** role will primarily be responsible for developing preliminary designs, evaluating new markets, and energy storage applications and use cases. The candidate will need a working knowledge of energy markets to ensure the optimal use case for projects in both front-of-the-meter and behind-the-meter applications. The candidate will be responsible for engineering activities, including project development support, project design, utility tariff review, energy use case model, development of single-line diagrams, site plans, and customer utility bill evaluation. The **Senior Associate, Project Engineer** will primarily be responsible for engineering and design of photovoltaic solar systems, including solar paired with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), solar only, or BESS only. The Senior Associate Engineer will participate in activities leading to the successful execution and delivery of solar and BESS projects. The Senior Associate Engineer will work within the Project Engineering & Execution team, adhering to company design standards and quality for completing designs of Photovoltaic and battery storage systems. They will seek to improve upon company standards when possible and consistently deliver engineering assignments on time and on budget. The Senior Associate Engineer's secondary responsibility is to review solar and battery energy storage system engineering and design, modeling, and performance data submitted to the Project Engineering & Execution team for evaluation and consideration by outside design companies or other team members. In reviewing such information, the Senior Associate Engineer will seek to protect the Company against errors, omissions and oversight, document all sources of due diligence, and keep records of same. **About the role**
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing consulting services to our global technology client's data center accounts to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Acting as Owner's Rep., the candidate will manage the design & pre-construction of HV/MV electrical substations for large hyperscale data centers across North America. The SPM will facilitate "page-turn design reviews" and substation equipment fabrication reviews at 30%, 60%, and 100% levels of completion.
This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. The Sr. Project Manager provides oversight of the design process from the substation basis of design stage through issuance of construction drawings.
**What you'll do**
Author a design and/or design and build scopes of work for substation contracts and gain agreement from internal team members.
Manage proposal reviews, and issue and administer contracts and contracts award.
Facilitate planning and kickoff workshops with internal & external collaborators.
Facilitate design reviews in partnership with external partners. Lead large scale workshops as necessary.
Track of cost, schedule, progress and scope. Provide health reporting on cost, schedule, scope and progress.
Build optimal design teams from matrixed internal collaborators and the strategic procurement of external partners.
Change management for project scope and design contracts.

**Description**
The Resource Planning Project Manager will support electric utilities in generation and power supply planning decisions, including the decisions and justifications of new generation facility construction, generation facility retirements, and facility retrofits or conversions, as well as power purchase decisions. The Resource Planning Project Manager will support a broad range of studies and other consulting services to support electric utilities to make decisions backed by business and engineering analysis regarding their power supply requirements, such as integrated resource planning, market assessments, and power supply RFP evaluations.
The Project Manager will be required to work with numerous entities in the industry including investor-owned electric utilities, municipal electric utilities, electric cooperatives, and independent power producers. This Project Manager will be a seller-doer, conducting sales and marketing activities and executing projects. The Project Manager will spend time directly engaged with clients to identify new work, prepare proposals, establish study objectives, formulate project approaches, and manage/oversee a team of consultants/engineers to meet the study objectives and provide the client with useful and actionable deliverables.

**Job Description**
**AECOM is seeking a creative, highly talented Senior Transportation Planning Engineer/Project Manager for immediate employment in Texas. This position gives you the opportunity to engage in a variety of planning work that may include NEPA/SEPA, multimodal planning, sustainability, advanced transportation planning, etc.**

**The responsibilities associated with this position encompass a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to:**
+ Oversee projects, manage tasks, and collaborate with project teams in the development of multimodal transportation plans. The projects include feasibility studies, corridor studies, long-range transportation plans, master transportation plans, small area plans, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents/studies, and other related plans.
+ Act as a visible leader and trusted advisor to clients, both internally and externally, while championing AECOM's values. Facilitate the integration of planning and engineering efforts within project teams to establish a cohesive decision-making framework.
+ Lead project teams by assigning and monitoring work progress, mentoring colleagues, and conducting quality assurance reviews of completed work by team members.
+ Collect and analyze transportation data to support project decision-making. Support the implementation of innovative planning processes and generate deliverables, including high-quality graphics, reports, and web-based products.
+ Conduct stakeholder outreach and public involvement efforts, including organizing and leading meetings and presentations with stakeholders.
+ Develop and evaluate alternative conceptual designs; consolidate project alternatives and recommendations from stakeholder inputs.
+ Collaborate with the local area Business Development Team and Senior Management in the development and execution of significant project pursuits and delivery. Establish relationships with external and internal clients, industry associations, potential consultant team members, and contractors.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ **BA/BS + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership**
+ **AICP or PE Certification is required.**
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ **10+ Years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience in transportation projects including planning and data analysis, economic evaluation, freight analysis and demand modeling.**
+ **Bachelor's degree in urban/city/Regional Planning or Civil Engineering.**
+ **Understanding of the state and regional transportation planning frameworks and collaboration processes in Texas.**
+ **Demonstration of effective leadership skills as a project manager, key task leader, or deputy project manager in a significant transportation planning project or program.**

**Description**
The Distribution Planning Project Manager will utilize extensive knowledge in electrical distribution planning and the application of grid technologies to improve grid performance and ready the grid for future challenges represented by distributed generation and electrification. The project manager will support a broad range of studies and other consulting services to support electricity distribution utilities to make decisions backed by business and engineering analysis, such as load flow, transfer capability, system impact studies, generation interconnection, reliability planning, DER, and electrification impact consulting, and hosting capacity studies. The project manager will be required to work with numerous entities in the industry, including investor-owned electric utilities, municipal electric utilities, and electric cooperatives. This project manager will be a seller-doer, conducting sales and marketing activities and executing projects. The project manager will spend time directly engaged with clients to identify new work, prepare proposals, establish study objectives, formulate project approaches, and manage/oversee a team of consultants/engineers to meet the study objectives and provide the client with useful and actionable deliverables.
Responsibilities:
The project manager will be responsible for, and manage, all aspects of projects from business development, scope and fee development, staffing plan development, project oversight and execution, quality management, and financial performance responsibilities. The project manager will support and lead both on-the-job and classroom training efforts for less experienced team members. Key responsibilities will include:

**Compensation and Benefits**
We accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and qualified candidates may be contacted throughout the posting period.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $110,000 annually, plus a manager bonus. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data.
