**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers overseeing the end-to-end delivery of client onboarding projects.

+ Proven ability to implement governance models and drive consistency across project portfolios.

**Compensation and Benefits**

As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
Focus is on Building Management deployment.
What You'll Do:
· Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
· Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
· Define the project delivery resources from internal teams.
· Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
· Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
· Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.
· Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.
· Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
· Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
· Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
· Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

What You'll Need:
· Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of
experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
· Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
· Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
· Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
· Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
· Building management systems and HVAC experience preferred.

**About the Role:**

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. **Position Summary**
This position is responsible for managing fleet-wide standards and processes for design, engineering and technology for power plant capital projects and either new or re-powered units within Energy Supply. Accountabilities include applying appropriate specifications, codes and emerging technologies for use on capital projects throughout the Energy Supply fleet. This position is the primary contact with architect/engineers/vendors for design engineering and provides technical support for contracts and procurement. Provides design review support for capital projects which includes project with $250 million annual budgets and individual projects that exceed $ billion (Renewable generation assets and other strategic gas generation assets). Provides supervision for engineers who report directly to this position and oversight of contract engineers.
**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Manages and lead a team of 10 to 16 engineering professionals as subject matter experts or project managers
+ Responsible for developing and managing uniform standards and processes for plant design and engineering for all capital projects across the Energy Supply fleet. Provides direction for conceptual and detailed design engineering on individual projects. Ensures potential consultants, contractors and suppliers are qualified and perform work in accordance with accepted Energy Supply standards and processes including the format and content standards for system analysis, system design and technical specifications.
+ Responsible for providing leadership and managing project design and engineering activities associated with rehabilitation of existing units/plants and/or new generation facilities. Accountable for: ensuring market-competitive projects; ensuring transmission outlet and pipeline capacity are reserved; providing reliable units for operation; ensuring design is optimized to reduce ongoing O&M costs.
+ Accountable for researching, reviewing, recommending and facilitating selection of technological alternatives/equipment for improved plant and environmental performance. Supports design and engineering review of capital projects in the Strategic Capital Investment Plan (5 & 10 year plans). Responsible for maintaining awareness of leading-edge technology and potential applications that facilitate plant operational and maintenance objectives for individual unit and overall fleet performance. Participate in engineering and technology review committee and various Utility industry efforts.
+ Ensures uniform equipment standards, specifications, and codes are established for all power plant and renewable energy capital projects across Energy Supply. Ensures contractor and vendor personnel perform work in accordance with accepted Energy Supply standards and processes.
+ Provides oversight of and direction to both internal and AE firms providing design, engineering, construction and technical services.
+ Knowledge/experience with EPA, DOE and FERC programs relative to power plant emissions. Familiar with renewable and carbon free energy technology and open access/regional transmission requirements.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
+ 10 years of experience in design engineering and/or power plant operation and maintenance; with a minimum of 5 years of experience associated with major project design, engineering and construction.
+ 5 years of supervisory experience relative to generating assets; hands on experience with project scope, schedules, estimates/budgets, economic analysis, and contracts and substantial knowledge of civil, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
+ Registered Professional Engineer by examination required.
+ Demonstrated leadership capabilities and proven performance/results on major projects.
+ Selection criteria may include assessment and references may be required.
+ Extended job assignments and extensive travel between regions is required.
