POWER Engineers, Member of WSP is seeking a Project Manager for our Power Delivery Project Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical and financial aspects of Power Delivery projects, managing and developing client relationships, and marketing our Power Delivery services to existing and new clients in the Northeast. Preference will be given to applicants that reside near one of our offices in the following locations: Freeport, ME, Augusta, ME, Foxborough, MA, Syracuse, NY, Oradell, NJ, Mount Laurel, NJ, or Hamilton, NJ. The location for these roles is flexible, with easy access to our offices and clients within a region. The candidate selected for this position may work remotely full-time at a location other than a POWER Engineers designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a POWER office for periodic meetings.
Other responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:- Promote company culture and manage internal and external relationships
- Manage status reporting, invoicing, and accounts receivable for each project
- Collaborate with project design teams to execute projects and develop proposals.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the project team
- Develop & maintain schedules, lead/participate in status meetings with project teams, oversee budgets, participate in proposal preparation, take leading role in client relationships
- Work primarily with Power Delivery project teams, but may also interface with other disciplines as needed, based on the nature of any particular project
- This position will require some travel to clients within the region.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills should include CPM scheduling, budget and cost analysis, leading project teams, as well as proposal writing, client marketing, and project presentations
- Minimum of ten (10) years' applicable industry experience
- Minimum of five (5) years' relevant project management experience
- Relevant experience includes small-to-medium scale project management, and/or project lead engineering experience
- Knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools required
- General understanding of power delivery infrastructure engineering required
- Proficiency with financial analysis tools in a utility setting, as well as Microsoft software tools (Word, Excel, Project)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university in an engineering, engineering management, or construction management discipline is preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years' consulting experience preferred
- Familiarity with regional utilities in the Northeast
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration is desired
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

Base Salary Range: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

- Coordinate timelines, track progress, and ensure key milestones are met across cross-functional departments (Product Development, R&D, QC, Operations, and Manufacturing).
- Serve as a communication hub, maintaining high standards of client service and ensuring updates and deliverables are clearly and timely shared.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and internal communications for team alignment.
- Identify potential issues or delays and proactively work with teams to resolve them.
- Support the Sales team by ensuring smooth handoff and follow-through of customer projects.
- Perform additional administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3-5 years of project management experience in the cosmetics, personal care, or beauty industry is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Resourceful, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
