**What You Will Do**
Provide construction project closing support related to accurate, complete and timely documentation of capital construction work and ensure accurate, complete and timely reconciliation and processing of contractor invoices and assists with financial forecasts.
Compile, analyze, reconcile, and complete all tasks associated with closing a construction project and processing contractor invoices:
+ Job orders and completion reports
+ Designed versus constructed projects including as-builts
+ Leakage and repair logs
+ Service line documentation
+ Pipeline data such as compliance records
+ Major materials
+ Invoices and supporting documentation
+ Contractor Daily Progress Reports
+ Contract terms and pricing
Utilize JES, Maximo, Oracle, Markview, PowerPlant, ONE Map, Business Intelligence, SharePoint, and Excel to enter or verify data and prepare reports including:
+ Completion Reports and supporting documentation
+ Invoice FERC account coding and supporting documentation
+ Debit memos and journal entries for labor and property corrections
+ Job-to-job material transfers
Communicate effectively with Field Operations, Engineering, GIS, and Property Accounting on quality of documentation and status of pending work.
Assist and support financial forecasting processes by analyzing project statuses and invoice timing.
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

**What You Will Need**
Preferred Associate's Degree business administration, other related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job related experience
Experience reviewing project or construction documentation and contractor invoices.

Experience with policies, procedures, and use of terminology applicable to position.

**Pay Range**
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$126,300 - $173,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
