**Where the Ideal Candidate Will Have:**
+ Years of progressive **accounting experience** demonstrating a solid understanding of **GAAP** and financial regulatory reporting
+ Proven track record in **process improvement** initiatives with a finance or accounting department

- Manages and monitors any large project or process implementation within the accounting function.

- Directs and guides accounting teams by reviewing financial information, reporting, and disclosures.
- Ensures compliance and regulatory standards are met within the department.
- Researches and analyzes new products, systems, and/or best practices within the accounting function; proposes findings to Accounting Director.
- Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Monitors and communicates accounting developments to the organization's operations, financials, and regulatory reporting to management.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with all lines of businesses to facilitate and lead timely implementation and standardization of any new accounting requirements made to the existing accounting policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
- Advises senior management on the best practices needed to meet defined goals and objectives.
- Manages projects and initiatives as requested by senior management.
- Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Improves existing processes and practices within the Accounting department.
- Represents the organization as a primary resource and subject matter expert for specific accounting projects, initiatives, and updates.
- Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to junior professionals as needed.

**Position Summary:**
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for performing QC inspections and package testing on in-process materials and finished products. **Quality Assurance Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in monitoring site investigations and INVs/CAPAs process ensure appropriate resources are assigned and responsibilities are clearly outlined with due dates.
+ Provide Metrics for INVs/CAPAs.
+ Track and Trend investigations and CAPA as required.
+ Support CAPA Review Board and lead as required.
+ Support investigation and CAPA partners by monitoring due dates.
+ Provide detailed or summary communication to QA management on status of key initiatives and issues related to investigation and CAPA due dates.
+ Perform and understand investigation trending in order to determine appropriate INV or CAPA trend responses, and ensure metrics are readily available for reporting.
+ Use metrics to ensure all investigations are drafted to meet specified timelines and are completed prior to the release of associated products
+ Establish relationships with Operation s business partners by understanding their need, developing a trusting environment. Additionally, Interact with various management levels and other business partners responsible for investigations and CAPAs to facilitate timely INV/CAPA closures.
+ Ability to collaborate with internal/external partners to enhance relationships and interactions, including interaction with management to inform, inspire change, and provide direct feedback. Proven track record to accomplish work goals, with a modest amount of daily direction and oversight.
+ To be on site daily Quality Process and Systems Experience, especially with SOPs, MWI, Change Controls, Non-Conformance Investigation

+ Documentation Problem Solving Intermediate knowledge of Word/Excel and PowerBI preferred
+ High School Degree One year experience in EXCEL with Vlookup and Pivot table

**Job Summary**
The Principal, Quality Assurance, GMP role focuses on ensuring compliance with cGMP standards within the WSS laboratories by identifying gaps, developing solutions, and overseeing their implementation. Collaborating with key stakeholders, the position ensures all improvements align with global quality and laboratory requirements. The role requires providing expert guidance on regulatory and industry standards concerning data integrity, including computer system validation, audit trails, electronic signatures, and data storage and retention.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Responsible to identify gaps, formulate solutions, and drive closure to achieve and maintain compliance with cGMP standards within the WSS laboratories.
+ Partner with key stakeholders to ensure that identified improvements are aligned with strategic global quality and lab requirements.
+ Provide expertise and guidance for regulatory and industry expectations in terms of data integrity requirements: computer system validation, audit trail, electronic signature, data storage and retention.
+ Perform recurring laboratory audits of quality test methods and results per established West procedures to confirm they are globally harmonized with respect to data recording and documentation.
+ Identify and implement meaningful metrics and KPI's to measure and improve WSS laboratory compliance.
+ Provide guidance to QA and WSS Lab during regulatory and client audits on issues related to Data Integrity and Computer System Validation (CSV).
+ Actively engage with the laboratory team to drive the completion of investigations and manage backlog when necessary; regularly analyze data trends to implement improvements and ensure customer expectations are met through effective reporting and communication.
+ Assist the QA Manager by ensuring WSS team members are trained in GMP-relevant topics and ensuring compliance with quality system documents, cGMPs, ISO standards, and FDA regulations.
**Education**
+ Bachelor's Degree and/or Masters in Science Technology or Engineering.
+ Master's Degree preferred
**Work Experience**
+ 8 years of quality-related experience with preferred experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry
+ Expertise of cGMP requirements, ISO standards and FDA regulations
**Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
+ Create multifaceted Laboratory procedures on GMP related topics such as data documentation, processes, documentation templates, etc., in alignment with global laboratory strategies.
+ Perform Expert-Level GMP review and approval of global laboratory documentation, i.e. check for compliance of Lab Records to cGMP requirements related to the activities of the global SME group.
+ Expertise of cGMP requirements, ISO standards, FDA regulations, and quality systems such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 15378, 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 11, ISO 14971
+ Working knowledge of various analytical instruments software and integration with LabVantage LIMS, Waters Nugenesis SDMS and Waters Empower desired.
+ Familiarity with MasterControl, SAP and working knowledge of statistical data analysis
+ Able to be aware of all relevant standard operating procedures as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description.
+ Ability to work independently, multi-task and thrive in fast-paced environment.
+ Thorough understanding of validation activities and risk management principles and techniques
+ Fluent in English
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

**Travel Requirements**

FM Approvals Website ( mid-level auditor position within the Auditing and Quality Assurance department. The role of the Quality Auditor is expected to independently schedule and conduct conformity assessment audits at customer locations. Audits include various manufacturers responsible for producing products for compliance with FM Approvals requirements. FM Approved products cover a wide range of electrical, fire protection, and building materials equipment. The incumbent is expected to possess a solid auditing foundation with a demonstrated proficiency in conducting conformity assessment audits.

**Schedule & Location**
This is a full time Field position based out of the Malvern, PA office with occasional travel to the Malvern, PA office a minimum of 2 times a year for corporate meetings.
This role will support a team of dedicated auditors who focus on conducting surveillance audits in Malvern, PA and Maryland surrounding areas. The role requires approximately 70% travel and 30% of travel may require overnight flexibility.

+ Review technical documentation, product markings, inspection equipment, and calibration records for compliance.
